Firehouse Subs Winter Park — Restaurant in Florida

A couple of weeks ago a both mine and my coworkers orders were incorrect . I called in and spoke with the manager Jeanne (Sorry if I misspelled her name) she was very apologetic and offered to replace my order ! With the holidays and all the craziness I have not been able to make it back in there until today . She replaced my order with no issues. She was extremely sweet and apologetic again . Her staff was also amazing the cashier was very pleasant and polite and the woman that made my sandwiches was also very pleasant and polite ! This location was clean and efficient! We will definitely be visiting again ! Thank you Jeanne...

I’ve always had great experiences here, but the manager was not very welcoming to me on this visit. I was not greeted when I entered but I ignored this as it wasn’t a major deal (originally). However, when my order was taken, she seemed as if it was a chore for her to take it and was very condescending about the rewards. A little happiness can go a long way and she sure could use it. I was looking forward to a sub but left empty handed, because I do not believe in spending money at an establishment that clearly doesn’t care about happy customers.

It’s too expensive for me to visit as often as I’d like, but it is great food. I get the same sandwich most of the time I go, but whether I change it or stick to my favorite, it is almost always perfect. Firehouse is one of the very few places that no matter which location I go to, it is consistently made the same way each and every time.
