Worst experience. If there is option for zero star i will definitely give. The mid aged lady i think she is owner and all staff members push you to buy clothes . Their language is so bad and their behavior is not professional at all .All staff members use so abusive language even for the customers . They thought that customers didnot understand wht they are talking about. The clothes quality is so cheap that you can just wear dress once or twice in the store you cannot notice under lights. I advised all customers to check everything carefully. We bought alot of dresses and for one gown the color is fainted. My mom cannot wear that one on occasion we spent 369 dollar on that gown. Even their prices are good as compared to other stores but their tailoring proces are so high. At the time of buying the two girls at the back told that the alteration is just 40-50 dollars and we will call to the tailor. But the tailor charged me 150 dollars for one lehnga. The lehnga was about 589 dollars. When i call at the store about tailoring he told me that you can talk directly with the tailor that is not our problem. Its so rude. Fir the danaged gown he told me that we donot have return exchange policy even if that was their fault. I will never go their and not...
Read moreSuch a poor service! I traveled from VA and during our trip wanted to stop and buy some clothes. The moment I entered, everyone there just gave cold stares!! I’m sure the lady there was the owner as I had also seen her a day before. Nobody cared! I finally asked a salesman who was helping another customer pack the price of a lehenga.. he quoted some random price and when I said the tag doesn’t say so, he quickly corrected himself!! There were 3 women tryin to put a dress on a maniquin , all laughing and talking, but even though I was standing right there to check a price, they just looked and continued talking!! I was furious over their service and made an exit. There are a plenty of stores in and around that areas with much polite customer service. I would never step in again to that store! Every persons time is valuable and if you don’t care about customers who come to your store, you will soon see no customers returning!! Such a poor poor service. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool. Hope you train your reps on how to greet...
Read moreHi everyone, I visited this store for my wedding. I bought two cloth. When I got home I saw one of the cloth was damaged. The cloth cost around 500 dollar and stones were failing apart. When it is under the light in the store, you cannot see the damage. Second cloth cost around 400 dollar. Also, the person in front donot tell customers, you cannot return it and it is final sale. He attached the no return policy on the receipt and give it Customear before leaving the store. Donot trust the two ladies in the store, they say anything to sell the cloth. I called the store to ask about return but they refused it. They donot have enough collection for size 44 and up. I did not wear both cloth for my wedding because it started to smell really bad. Anyway, I never forget this life lesson and I never buy Indian cloth from this store again. Have a...
