Raj Jewels — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

I wish not to give even one star for this store we bought one gold jewelry the person who helped us were rude when I was asking about the estimate which he did. I have no idea please let me know about gold premiering i never heard this word from any store before and he charged some dollar for that. First person has not included the gold premiering charge but the second person did charged for that when I was asking started asking the estimate.The price was so high and also their jewelry doesn’t have hallmark on it when I asked for it he was so irresponsible and finally said that they bought the jewelry from Middle East. The price was three times higher and also we finally bought the jewelry because we have no time to go for another store because it was a gift then finally we bought it after some discounts and then when we tried to pay with our credit card he said that he will not accept credit card as they have to pay 3 percent charge to the bank, this is the very first time I am hearing that a jewelry store won’t accept the credit card for payment. They gave very tough time because I questioned about the estimate and their jewelry Hallmark. We are paying money for our jewelry so we have right to ask about the product and check the product. Raj Jewels not just sells quality jewelry, precious stones and bullion, but they focus on building relationships - building a Raj Jewels customer "family". That should explain why we are Raj Jewels customers for over 25 years, even when we have to drive over 3 hours to reach them. I'll describe two very recent examples to show how they care. (1) We liked a pair of kadha-s for our would-be daugter-in-law but needed in bigger size. Vishal-ji said they can be made in that size but would take a certain number of weeks. We said we need a little sooner than that. He noted down the date we needed by, and got it by that date for us. Once the pair were made, we were even sent the pictures before shipping. Only for the timely care Vishal-ji took, we could give the right size kadha-s at the engagement. (2) After the engagement ceremony, we slightly damaged the locking mechanism of one of the kadha-s. Yesterday evening we took that to Raj Jewels and showed to Vishal-ji. He promptly got that fixed at no cost to us, and with his ever smily face. Everyone there are very caring, patient, reliable and very helpful. We also bought from them online and had the same good experience. Goes without saying, we'll remain loyal members of this "family". My experience was really bad with these people. Although, they have a good collection of items they don’t let you spend enough time to decide what you want. I traveled far from Philadelphia and spend about 2 hours deciding the models and the owner got very rude in saying you’re wasting our time. The owners were old and out of respect I didn’t argue but thought of writing the review. So, make sure you don’t spend too much time with them in order not to get weird stares and end up having a bad experience even though you spend a bomb. The reason for the 2 stars is because of their collections and they gave me multiple payment options. Overall, feeling terrible even though I purchased there (thinking I shouldn’t have). Good luck!
