Letter Box — Attraction in Woodland

I had an item to ship and stopped by The Letter Box, with the item I was shipping, to get an estimate on shipping which was to include them boxing the item as well. The lady I spoke with weighed and measured the item, I provided the zip code where it was going to, and we discussed the boxing of the item and were both very clear as to what was needed because I did explain that I was selling said item and was charging for shipping. I went back two days later to ship the item and the price went up by $11.00 and change. Yes, I understand "estimate", but 25% off? Sure, they were nice about it and apologetic, but it didn't cost them anything, even though it wasn't a lot of money, they sure could have discounted it some. The staff was so rude today that I will not be returning to this place again. I waited my turn in line. When it was my turn, the lady behind the register told me, you have a drop off package, you can just hand it to me. When I explained that I needed a receipt because it was an Amazon return, she ignored me, left me standing there right in front of her holding my package and started helping other customers. I waited patiently for her to get back to me and scan my package, which would take seconds. I can't say enough good about this place! They are efficient and friendly. Since we're snowbirds and spend a little time in the Pacific NW, we needed a box for mail delivery. This place is fantastic. They call when something important arrives to let me know and always have smiling faces when I stop to pick it up. Plus, they'll even forward mail to me no matter where we are.
