Sord Boards — Attraction in Woodland

Nice guys! If you're doing work with them on the business side of things where they print shirts or make signs, etc. It seems you have to follow up constantly to get things done. They're very busy and lose track of quite a few jobs and I get the impression they take on everything and end up only getting so much done and forgetting about some of their customers in the process.

I'd like to keep working with these guys but it's frustrating to hear that a job will be done today/tomorrow and that they'll call back but it often never happens like that.

I think they should be more professional about finishing tasks they take on but they're still very busy so I guess they are doing alright either way. However, I'm taking my business elsewhere because it happens too often that things get delayed or I never hear back after being told I will. They're just a bit too busy to do everything they say they will.
