I can’t be short-winded about this place, im a huge fan. Anyone who’s written any review below a 4 ?… giiiiitouttaheeya (quite literally never return pls thank you)
Moving on, the actual coffee: the flavor incredible, it’s smooth, screams high quality, and I think it’s SO cool it’s roasted in house.
The atmosphere: lemme put it this way…. I’ve never seen it slow, and I HAPPILY wait for a seat to open up. I don’t know another place I do that for! Do you? I think it’s simply because it is such a positive energy, we all want to be here. I love to journallll here. Yap. Read. Soak it all up. You look around and everyone is smiling, happy to be here. Whether it’s to catch up with your girls, read a book with some noise cancelling headphones tunin out the music and chatter… it’s my favorite place to be alone at. The baristas & owner- first of all they’re all so polite, knowledgeable, love what they do and when i see a staff as cohesive as this I know it starts at the top. The gent who started Gallery is great at what he does, amazing picking his people (HR ppl take notes), and keeping everyone happy.
Ok!...
Read moreThis is the place to go for 3rd wave coffee in Woodland! They're the only small roastery and they've just opened up!
The layout primarily consists of just the roaster, coffee machines, and merchandise for now. However, it's a fully functional store and the owner has beans and coffee drinks for sale.
Prices are reasonable for similar places, with $3 for espresso, $5+ for speciality drinks, and ~$20 for bags of beans (12 oz.). Tax is included in all prices. Currently, they only have oat and almond for alternative milks.
The current espresso blend was an interesting mix of Mexican and Guatemalan coffees. The coffee was very bright overall with a bitter finish. You will be surprised by this great pick-me-up if you're used to dark and bitter espressos. The owner told us he was still tweaking the blends to get it just right, so I think he's off to a great start.
I look forward to his freshly roasted...
Read moreI’ve been coming here most days now for my lunch break coffee for several months (a year?), and this is by far and away one of my favorite shops. My usual baristas, Diego and Luis (hope I spelled that right!) are super friendly, welcoming, conversational, and even go out of their way to use the name I use on the mobile app (my preferred name). They welcome me in by name every time. :~) The dedicated returning customers speak for themselves, but their coffee is top notch too. I’ve been buying their beans for my home espresso machine and they have yet to be topped! The atmosphere is super cozy, too. Best window benches ever. Do yourself a favor and come on by, you...
