Winning Image Cosmetics & Boutique — Attraction in Wooster

I am a September 2025 bride and this was my very first stop back in February. Sharon was so helpful and knew right away what to do to make each dress I tried on “mine.” Needless to say, I didn’t leave empty handed and said “yes to THE dress!” Highly recommend this bridal shop. The pricing is also great and it’s nice because she can also do your alterations as well which makes it very convenient having everything done there. By the time we got done with my dress in August, Sharon basically made it “custom made” and it fits me so nicely all while being comfortable. She knows her stuff and was super helpful with the whole journey all while keeping it “mine.” I can’t thank her enough for being patient and making me feel beautiful for my big day! My sister and I went into this store and the women working their was highly rude to us. She has called my sister fat which isn’t professional nor something that should be said to anybody. I’m 19 years old and my sister is 17 which makes it worse since the women working their is a grown adult and doesn’t know how to be 1. Professional and 2. Respectful. My sister isn’t anything near being fat if I could give this store a negative rating I would. I’ve worked in retail several years and gotten rude customers but we weren’t even rude and we didn’t give her a reason to be rude to us. I’ve lived in Wooster my whole entire life up until I was 18 and woosters employees have gotten worse with their customer service skills and their management. That goes for every worker that is rude to customers and workers that don’t do their job right. I HIGHLY recommend this store. I have used her years before for a prom and bridesmaids dress but those were planned. She went above and beyond anyone else I’ve ever met to meet my needs. I ordered dresses for a wedding online and they weren’t the same as the picture. The day before we were leaving (today) I called Winning Image. She answered immediately and met me at the store 5 minutes later. My 9 year old and I tried on some dresses (it is amazing how many different styles and colors) and found 2 amazing dresses that were too big. She pinned us then and there, and altered them while we went to eat. 45 minutes later and voila!! It is honestly so rare anymore to find that commitment to excellence and service.
