Subway — Restaurant in Wooster

I went through the drive thru, ordered a BMT. No special instructions. The drive thru wasn't busy, nor the restaurant, but somehow she messed up my order, I had to repeat it. She said she put it on someone else's bill, and had to repeat it again. Then at the window, she said "chicken teriyaki, right?". I said NO, and repeated my order a 3rd time. Luckily, I received the BMT but it was poorly made, sloppy and the bread was torn. Then the next day I go back in the morning and sat in the drive thru for several minutes and no one said anything. I just has the worst experience here.
