I went through the drive thru, ordered a BMT. No special instructions. The drive thru wasn't busy, nor the restaurant, but somehow she messed up my order, I had to repeat it. She said she put it on someone else's bill, and had to repeat it again. Then at the window, she said "chicken teriyaki, right?". I said NO, and repeated my order a 3rd time.
