For Over 2 Decades Our Huge Family, Friends & Colleagues Would ALWAYS Look Forward To This Once All-Time Favorite Movie Theater Atmosphere Because Itâs Was So Quiet, Cozy & All Managers & Staff Were Humble. At Least It Still Has Comfortable Recliner Seats When Theyâre Clean; But Nowadays My Colleagues,Friends,Family & I Absolutely Cringe At The Very Thought Of Going To See A Movie At This Particular Location Nowadaysđ! Weâre Still Wishful That AMC Share Holders Could Pop-In Soon One Day To Do A Audit, Look Into Investigating Rude Unethical Condescending Employee Behavior (Especially From Certain So-Called Managers Like David & The Older Black Woman With Big Wig & Big Mouth Too), Insensitivity Training (For Making People Feel Exclusive Instead Of Inclusive Who May Have Autism, Cognitive Impairment & Are Stigmatized By Employees). This Used To Once Have The Absolute BEST AMC Staff Members Indeed, But Now Staff Donât Clean Seats That Have Too Many Scuff Marks, Dirt & Smell Musty, Bathrooms Arenât Clean As They Use To Be & Now A Huge Percentage Of Their Employees Act Like They Hate Their Job & Are A Tidbit Like Followers Instead Of Leaders. Also They Shouldnât Be In The Practice Of Huddling Up Together At The Front Counter While Talking Negative About ANY Costumers Whatsoever No Matter..Because It Looks So Slacking, Lazy & Shows Disregard On Their Part Which In Turn Can Cause Conflict When Their Negative Comments Can Be Heard Which Can Be Misconstrued For The Most Part! They Arenât As Ethical, Donât Exhume Positive Energy, Seemingly Arenât Understanding Of People With Cognitive Or Even Many Physical Disabilities & Werenât As Helpful When I Explained That I Needed To Leave ASAP Because I Wasnât Feeling Well. The Lady Manager Just Added Insults To Injury By Telling Me Hearsay, Gossiping To & Gaslighting Me By Telling Me âWhat Dave Told Themâ About Me. I Felt Like I Was In A âGhetto-Fabulousâ Episode Of A American Horror Story Episode Or The Twilight Zone; Especially When I Saw That Smirk On Davidâs Face! Adam & Alex Although Were Effective At Meeting Our Requests & Are They Both Are Professional At De-Escalating, Authentically Kind, Give Great Advice, Have Ethics & Both Young Men Go Above Beyond To Accommodate. Alex & Adam Authentically Are Deserving Of Commendations (KUDOS) & Theyâre The ONLY Reason I Gave Any Stars! NEITHER Young Men Act Impatient Or Ridiculed Me As âDavidâ Has Repeatedly Done; Snapping At Me While I Was In Line Iâm Usually In At ALL AMC Theaters Without Confrontations?! Should I STOP Paying $25.75 A Month To Stand In That Line & Just Because I Wanted To Inquire If I Could Have A Cup For Ice Water For My Asthma?! Iâm So Happy Thereâs Other AMCâs That Donât Have A âDavidâ Or One Of Those MeanGirl Type Big Mouth Ladies Either. I Pray Neither Of Them NEVER EVERđđŸ Transfer To Any Of The AMCâs Awesomely Kindhearted Staff Locations Were Thereâs; Freshly Cleaned Bathroom Stalls, Always A Friendly Hello With Genuine Smiles, Utmost Respect, Professionalism & Positive Energy From BOTH Management Team & Staff Alike; Locations Whereas My Family & Friends Love To Exclusively Be Treated In The Manner Weâre Accustomed TooâŠDrama-Free Environment AMC Movies Theaters Without AnyType Of Egotistical Toxic Energy W/ The Over Exercising Of Authority Thatâs Been Displayed Yet A 2nd Time By Manager David! We Definitely đŻ Donât Want That Toxicity Darkening Energy From The Older Smack Talking Lady Who Openly Needs An Audience Too! Theyâre Suppose To Be At Work; Not Me & I Have The Right To Speak Truth. I Didnât Holler Or Make A Scene. I Talked To Management One On One Before David Interrupted Me Again With His Purpose Of Humiliating Me So He Could Trigger Me To Get Angry. I Owe AMC An Apology For Standing In A-Lister Line I Pay Over $25.75 A Month For & Flipping David The Finger Outside Of Theatre Because He Pushed Me To The Edge With His Attitude! I Pray That AMC Share Owner Sends Mystery Person(s) (Like They Do At Some Retail Shopping Places To Check Out Their Costumer Service) & Insensitivity Training...

Let me share 1 trip to a show so you can see how they are. My daughter, my 3 year old grandson and i went to this theater. The movie was supposed to be for children. Well my little guy didn't care for it and started getting out of his seat and walking , I was chasing. My daughter was really enjoying the movie. So on get up # 4 I said to my daughter we're going to the bathroom. Once we left the theater my little buddy really started to have fun. He was running up and down the empty hall. Then he spotted stacks of box's about 4 ft high. NOW LET ME SAY THIS, I AM A VERY PROTECTIVE GRANDMA., there was no way he was going to fall. A young girl who worked at the show came by and said he can't do that here. I said OK and walked away. We got a hot dog. We sat on a bench and ate. The theater manager walked up us. I thought oh well here we go we're out on the mall. Which was the last thing I wanted.
I said I'm sorry he didn't like the movie so I thought it best to get him out. She wasn't angry, she was glad. She said I have been watching you the entire time. She said I really appreciate that you took you grandson out and kept him entertained rather than letting him ruin the movie for everyone else. She continued, I feel bad you paid for tickets you didn't use. I said well my daughter saw the movie. The manager said well that's not enough. She said stay here a minute.
She came back with 6 tickets, she explained that you and you family are welcome to see any 2 movies you would like. She also gave me pass for free popcorn for both movies.
I was very surprised. I just did what I would have wanted another parent to do. She said well yes, but you are the only one that did it. Then she wispered, if he wants to play on the box's go ahead let him, they are solid. :) Nice people, ...

I'm using opinions for both theaters and bathrooms per my family and I. The staff was kind and helped move the line quickly as it was a Saturday and very busy. The staff seemed very jovial and happy to be there. The refreshment station was well kept and being cleaned as we approached. The pop or soda, whatever you fancy, is self-service and has more than 100 options, it seemed. They have butter, salt, jalapeños(for nachos, is my guess) readily available. A bar with a bartender present was available, but I passed against my better judgment, joke, but maybe not really. The seats were very spacious and clean. You can order tickets online and pick your seats, but there's a $4.98 fee, which is waived if you join the AMC club for about 15 dollars for the year(which I purchased because buying for 2 different movies at the same time is considered 2 separate transactions, kind of a pain in that regard). My review is for the theater and not the company, so I digress. The theater was surprisingly great. It's been some time since I frequented this particular theater. Will visit again, probably for Five Nights...
