I went in there in march to buy a gps with a very small budget. Long story short I needed a gps to go to Pennsylvania to be with family and other personal reasons. Didn’t have much money at all. Was able to squeeze some from my gas budget to at least buy the crappiest one they had. Jamie helped me test some out. They were slightly out of my price range unfortunately. Jamie was an incredibly nice guy by the way, real genuine down to earth with a good sense of humor, we were talking and I told him my situation, now I wasn’t trying to get a discount or anything by guilt tripping him, he just asked and it seemed like he genuinely cared. He then went into his car and gave me HIS own personal GPS for free, I was just flabbergasted and to be honest a little choked up. He said the only thing I had to do was pay it forward in some way shape or form to someone in need. Which is what i have been doing. :) Only reason I’m writing this review now is because after many months, it re appeared in my car, and I think this is the least I could do. Also glad to say my situation has improved and I’m living in Pennsylvania now. Jamie, if you’re reading this I’d like to thank you, your small act of kindness really changed my life. I’ve just been ever so positive ever since, it really is like a...
Read moreEveryone here is usually Pretty nice but I went in a week or so ago to get my PS5 back (I had pawned it) and the person helping me seemed like I was irritating him from the moment I walked in the door. Tried to make conversation; nothing. Asked if it was okay if I viewed and tested my system before I walked out and that seemed to agitate him more. I openly said to him “you’re making it seem like I’m bothering you”. I knw I’m not a bad customer. And people shouldn’t be treated a certain way because they had a ruff patch and had to pawn something. I should be able to ask about the status(working condition) if a system thats getting resold in that store for $800 on the shelf when it retails for $500. I paid $450 to get it back. Of course I’d like to make sure my stuff works. Human nature when you’re spending that kind of money. Not sure what dudes problem was but management needs to tell dude w/ the dreads get his...
Read moreHonestly stay away from here, full of staff who low ball you on everything you bring in and when it comes to them knowing their electronics they aren't too bright for business. I been here a few times in past and I regret it and I was just recently here today to try and sell some dj speakers and they told me because it's not powered they wouldn't accept it or be able to offer anything. A $500 good condition speaker which I was only asking $200 for and they wouldn't take it because of that like I hope they know that the speaker uses more power and gets connected to an amp so that's why it needs external power but they were so brain dead and couldn't be bothered even trying to figure anything out I walk in the door say what I have they simply shut me down and the offer I did get from an employee was $50.
Best advice stay tf...
