Really awkward in all honesty, drove over an hour to get a special edition switch and trade in our regular one and the employee was being too strict and almost refused to buy our old switch because we didn't have the wrist straps. We had everything else but the box and we were completely on board with them taking a bit of money off because of it but she wanted to refuse it completely. An obvious manager told her it was fine and to just charge us like $5 but she still wouldn't until we offered to give the wrist straps from the new switch we were purchasing. Sadly I wanted them but she wouldn't do it any other way so now I don't have the matching wrist straps to my special edition console... Just ruined my entire excitement about my new console and I'm glad we won't be returning to...
