They are very friendly people there. Also they are very helpful and informative about what there selling you. I bought a mattress and frame for it plus a new cold pillow with it too. The sale men gave lots of information and was very patient and super friendly with me and my whole family. He always had the right answer for us and when we asked questions about anything. He let us try different mattresses and bed frames that would fit in to are budget and gave us so many to look at too. He was quick when doing the paper work and the couple times I change my mind with the order and order date it was come to my house. He wasn't upset but very nice and cooperative with are needs in the end. Everyone at the store was super cooperative and friendly with us an any way they could help us at all. Now the delivery truck was on time and the delivery guys were super fast pick up the old mattress and putting up the new mattress and frame even when I change my mind where to put the bed and how high it was off the ground. They were super fast and efficient plus friendly as can be. It took me and my family long to move thing out of my room and clean it then it took to set it all up. Probably took less then 8 minutes in all to finish there work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that want to buy a bed or some new furniture. There the best in this city and in this county and surely the most friendly and cooperative and efficient and far fastest delivery people I have every seen in my life. My husband and I are in our sixties and awake each morning with shoulder and hip pain after intermittent, sweaty, sleep on our 14 year old Tempurpedic mattress. We recently learned about the new "Purple" mattress technology and decided to try it out at Denver Mattress in Yakima during their Labor Day Sale. We asked for Liz Dorsey, and her friendly, straight-forward personality immediately put us at ease. She patiently listened with genuine concern as we explained sleep challenges, and took the time needed to address them as we tested the firmness level of each of the four bed options. She even offered different pillows to try so we could achieve maximum spine alignment and comfort. Liz is obviously very knowledgeable about the new Purple bed technology and was able to answer each of our many questions. She also suggested and allowed us to nap on the beds, and without pressure, enabled us to thoughtfully and confidently decide on just the "right" bed for us. Although the cost was more than we expected, we feel it will be worth it in the long-run since it will last for many years, and is likely the last bed we'll need to purchase in our lifetime. In addition, Liz was very professional as she covered each line-item on the invoice, warranty and return options, and detailed instructions how to care for the bed, sheets, and mattress cover. I went shopping for a twin mattress, for spare room for grandkids. I had been to FIVE different stores before I landed at DENVER MATTRESS/Furniture Row in Yakima. I wanted a 10 inch thickness to match the other bed in the same kids room. I also did not want to spend a lot as it will be used a few times a year. GLENN helped me immensely! He had a 10 inch size of what I needed but I did not to spend that much! He had one that was about 9 1/2 inches (he grabbed a tape measure), which was more inline of what I was willing to pay. They had several similar in stock and on display, various pricing. Glenn went to the computer to find the sales! I bought a "bundle" which included sheets, pillows and mattress cover (which I was going to buy anyway, thinking at a different store). I know this "bundle" and sale saved me money all the way around! The simple convenience of all in one place was very much appreciated! They loaded it all for me and I don't think I was more than 30 minutes from start to finish! Thank you Glenn! Before I found this store, I was frustrated and all but out of patience in my hunt!
