I recently had a fantastic experience at the Dutch Bros South 1st Street location in Yakima, Washington. From the moment I arrived until the moment I drove away; every aspect of my visit was outstanding!

First and foremost, I must commend the baristas at this location for their amazing upbeat attitude. Their infectious energy and genuine enthusiasm created a positive and welcoming environment that instantly put a smile on my face and brightened my day. It's refreshing to encounter such passionate individuals who truly love what they do.

The service at this Dutch Bros location was beyond exceptional. I was blown away by how fast my drink order was ready. As I pulled up to the window, my beverage was already waiting for me, perfectly prepared. The efficiency of the staff was truly remarkable, and it made my visit even more enjoyable. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by two young women who were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and personable. They took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel like a valued customer. One of them discussed the beautiful weather and shared that they liked to dirt bike and asked me if I had any fun plans for the weekend. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added an extra touch of charm to the overall experience. It's no wonder so many people choose to be regulars at this location - the exceptional service provided by these baristas is truly outstanding. I often forget about my loyalty apps, and the young lady taking my order asked me if I had the Dutch Bros app so I didn’t miss my opportunity to earn points for future free drinks. She even took my order outside while I was in line, so my drink was ready to go when I reached the drive-thru window in less than 5 minutes.

As a result of this unforgettable visit, I can confidently say that this Dutch Bros location will be my go-to coffee destination. The combination of exceptional service, delicious beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere has won my future business. I have been a rabid fan of Dutch Bros for years. I usually enjoy coffee based beverages when I visit; a hazelnut mocha is my go to. Recently, I heard about their blended lemonades. Since that moment in my life, I've wholeheartedly switched to a blended lemonade mixed with their Rebel energy drink for the summer vibes.

I enjoy how quickly my order gets to my hand. Even with many cars in line, it only takes a few minutes. The baristas will walk out to your car, take your order, and you can pay right there on the spot. Talk about high quality service! I'm never left hanging on how long my drink will take, the staff are always friendly, and I will be...

Great service and drinks...weekly treat!

WTH? just went to our favorite coffee drive thru and Dutch Bros is No longer accepting CASH$...Sorry but you just lost a weekly customer of over 7 years! Thank you to the awesome manager who understood my frustration and knew they had just lost another customer👍....Not accepting cash has caused a loss of customers, No tips for employees, and prevents acts of kindness like pay to forward, which has been going on in Yakima a lot lately....very disappointed...
