MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Yakima

I give this MOD one star but if I were able I’d give it zero. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at one of your restaurants. The employee's were rude, the place was so dirty and we were hurried along when ordering even though multiple employees were just standing around. We got to the register to pay and the lady who rang us up said to us “next time you want cheesy bread you need to order that at the start.” Well we weren’t aware of this since no where is this stated in your building or offered at the start. When asked which sauce I wanted on my pizza I had asked what they had and I was directed to look at the menu instead of the employee giving a general idea of the sauces available. As we sat in the lobby and ate our lunch one employee who was supposed to be cleaning the lobby whipped the towel around on the tables leaving all crumbs and trash all over the floor without care to get a broom. I will say if you are looking for a place with a clean place to eat and employees who care about their customers this isn’t the place for you. Do...

We frequent the Nob Hill location due to its proximity to our home, but we tried this location when we were shopping near the mall. It wasn’t near as good of an experience as we expected. The place wasn’t overly inviting and the temperature inside was sort of cold. One guy who made our pizzas kept calling my wife “dude” when he was talking to her (I didn’t know that until we left), which I feel is unprofessional when speaking to a woman. My wife wanted basil on hers, but many of the toppings were depleted, including the basil, so there was a slight delay but the person said they’d put it on the pizza. When hers came out there wasn’t any basil on it. A worker then brought some basil to us in a small cup. Very odd. They didn’t seem to have their act together. I won’t return to...

Well, we waited in line to order for 30 minutes! When we arrived, there were 3 people ahead of us. There was one employee taking/making orders and being cashier. Another employee came out, took the next order, and then started doing online orders. It is unacceptable to make customers wait more than 15 minutes to order food, especially when they are standing in line. Sitting at a table is slightly more forgivable, but the elderly and handicapped could not wait this long to order. The customers who ordered when we arrived received their orders before we ordered. There is a fundamental flaw in the way this restaurant takes/makes orders. Doubtful we will return, which is sad because I really loved the Italiano Pocket Pie. It was delicious!
