The service was very poor! I was in the store in line and the person In front of me walked out with my order witch was a bowl of chow main cost$5 and after i told them 3 times I didn't have a 3 plate I just had noodles I was charged $13 for a 3 plate and only received noodles! Then at checkout I was told my card was declined and so naturally I used a different card and it went through (according to my banking online) and as I was walking back to my car and received a text message saying I paid $13 to panda express on my 1st card that I was told was declined and went back in and the Manager BRITTANY said after looking st the cameras they can see from the ceiling position of the camera that I was not charged twice and refused to fixed and refund my order. I called the corporate office and Guess What they found. ...I DID in fact get charged TWICE! Other than the long wait times during peak hours, it's been mostly wonderful. I visited yesterday, decided the drive thru wait was several cars long and to go inside to order. I always order super greens in place of rice or chow mien. The super greens were almost out and she gave me all of what was left and didn't offer or get me more when it was ready. Bummer. The Angus steak entrée was out 3 customers before me but she said she just ordered it so it would be 7 minutes out. 6 people were behing me, so I elected to get another entrée. I've said this to many of my friends and family if a thin person helps you, you're gyped and if a heavy person helps you, you get what you're actually paying for and this visit was no different. Read moreWe stopped to order lunch. We had the online feedback coupons for an extra entree. The checker Aracell was confused and went to ask the supervisor who said sorry we can’t take them. We showed them that we followed the directions and there was no expiration date. She didn’t care and was dismissive. I had told the Aracell girl to pleas give me the fresh part, not the stale older stuff they try to feed you first. I got the vwry bottom of the B. Beef and asked for it to be fresh not stale and chewy. The two girls stood in the back obviously talking about me and looking at me and giggling. There needs to be some training and awareness of your promotion programs. Was it really worth being rude over two tiny boxes of food? Additionally, I have never seen so little food in the entree box.
