Used to love coming here. Great prices, herbs not available at most retailers and the area and, what used to be, great customer service. The last 2 times I went shopping here I left without even making my purchase due to horrific service. The most recent trip I was trying to grab a few quick items for a meal. It took 3 minutes to grab the required items and I was off to the register. Unfortunately there were only a handful of registers open so lines were creeping down into the aisles. I knew I would be in line for a while but that wasnt a deal breaker for me. However, after waiting in a line for over 15 minutes an employee walked to the particular register I was in line at and closed it in front of myself and the nice family in front of me who had probably already been waiting for even longer then me. As the employee was walking off I asked what the people in the line he closed were supposed to do as switching to any other line would add at least another 20 minutes to your wait. In a clearly "I really dont give a shot" response the worker said "I dont know" and listfuly pointed to the other lines. Wow, just wow. Single handedly guaranteed that i will never shop at this location again which is unfortunate as I manage another business in the area and loved giving my patronage to Fiesta. If you must go I would seriously suggest going during off hours and you may want to clear your calendar as you may be here long enough to grow your...
Read moreI was in the store with my wife. I have heard some horror stories about how they treat people with disabilities here. I help my wife when I can because she is disabled. Those stories were confirmed today. One woman was rushing us, literally throwing our things off the belt while we were trying to pay and leave. This woman wasn't six feet away either. Currently there is regulations in place by the Governor that stores need to take care and keep people six feet away during the pandemic so that those at risk (my wife included) and the public will reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
The cashier did nothing. When we asked for the manager, he refused and spoke quiet rudely...even mumbling under his breath. It was horrible, we will never go there again.
It isn't even worth going to anyway, the food is overpriced. You can literally find cheaper similar products at Wal-Mart and even Wrays or Safeway for most products. They also don't support their coupons, most cashier's won't even run them. Half the produce is rotten too. This place seriously needs to be investigated for health violations. DO NOT GO HERE. Not even for meat as I found some of it was green and starting to go bad, don't...
Read moreDefinitely not coming back. I don't know what on earth management was thinking, but there was a band playing so loud that my daughter and I couldn't hear each other even when yelling face to face. My twin toddlers were traumatized because it was so loud. I truly struggle to describe the volume. The band was at the front of the store, and even when we were at the back of the store, it was so loud it physically hurt. I have a heart condition, and the sound reverb hurt my chest and caused palpitations. I've been to major music festivals that weren't this loud. It was so loud you couldn't even process what notes were being played, it was just deafening soundwaves crashing through the store. While at the check out stand near the band, there was no way to even hear the cashier. My babies were sobbing and screaming in terror, and the band leader even made a joke about how the noise was scaring them between songs. I'm so disappointed because the store is otherwise good. The prices are great, but I won't ever come...
