I purchased a pizza and asked for it to be hot and fresh and the cashier (Abdelraham A.) asked me to wait for 15 minutes, which I did. I came home 8 minutes later to find the pizza it cold. I called and the manager Jessica I believe her name was offered me a refund. Due to the lack of professionalism and attitude she had I asked for her name and refused and told me she does have to give me her name. I then asked for her bosses number and she started she is not allowed to give me her number because it was her personal cell phone. Than another young employee that was standing next to her stated you should of checked your pizza before I gave it to you and that if I didn't like it to leave. Instead of the manager redirecting her employee she let him argue back and be extremely unprofessional. She had an attitude and proceeded to refuse to give me cooperate phone number or her bosses. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Lack of ethical and professional skills. I will be calling cooperate number come Monday. This place needs new management and the whole crew needs to be trained to treat their customers with respect instead of ganging up on you for a error they made. Sad deal never...
Read moreI have been waiting to review to see if things would improve. It hasn’t. The staff are rude. They give one word answers and refuse to be pleasant every time. The phone is constantly off the hook so you can not call. This is the third time I have received doughy pizza in the last month. This time not only was the pizza not cooked but they shoved the box lid through the pizza. (See photo) The list can go on for awhile. My work buys pizza from here once sometimes twice a week. We will no longer be frequenting this Little Caesars location. We will be going to the location on W. Nob Hill from now on. At least the staff there smiles and the environment is better. Oh! They also cook the pizza all the way as well. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. Terrible staff every time. Someone in management should get rid of the bad apples in the bunch. Not all staff can be this bad unless they have failing leadership. One bad apple can ruin it...
Read moreToday I came through the drive though, ordered two pizzas and was told it was going to be a 15-20min wait. I paid, parked ,and looked at my time 8:46pm. I didn't get my order until 10:10pm, I had to wait over an hour because they accidentally gave my order away to the car that was next to me[ that was behind me in the drive through], gave it away because their employees DONT ask to check the customers order numbers on their recipes and instead ask them if they ordered whatever they were taking out at the time( very unprofessional) which I heard and witnessed multiple times while being parked there. 40 mins in, I called and asked them if my order was ready, they claimed they already gave it away, their supervisor Sirra asked if I just wanted my refund back or a side of free bread sticks with my order but would need to wait an other 20 mins[which AGAIN took longer then that, I don't think I will ever come back to...
