WORSE experience ever… I placed a 60 hold on a king mattress at this DUMP and became too busy with work to pick it up when I wanted to. I received a call today informing me that they were giving me a courtesy call because layaways were only given for 30 days… aI told them this isn't their poolicy and if it were it should be in writing.. Note that these fools decided to remind me on a day when the weather couldn't be worse where it's bizzardry and the roads are packed with ice and snow.. SO I told them that unless this was in writing their so called 30 day policy was bogus.. The clerk began stumbling over his words and then began to insist that because he knows the owner of the shop that he was certain that I was informed of the 30 day policy.. I told him that unless he was calling me a liar that no one informed me of any p0olicy and nor is this nonsense of a 30 day policy in writing.. He continued to insist that the owner indeed informed me based entirely on his insistance he speculate. I called him a few choice 4 letter words and then hung the phone up on this PUNK after which the owner called me within 2 minutes and identified himself.. I informed him I wasn't too happy with his establishment's manner by which it chooses to handle it's customers. Like his insipid and seemingly socially retarded employee, this fool of an owner simply picked up from where his employee left off and royally pissed me off. I called to simply see if I could get an estimate quote on this table I bought over the summer because it is an antique so I called an antique store. My response from the female who answered the store was extremely zero knowledgeable on what they sell. they do not give quotes and they don't even know who to advise me to turn to for a quote. So for an antique store to have no where to turn to for possible value of an antique seems pretty useless to me in the antique industry. If you needed a quote from anybody on an antique you would think you would be able to get it from an antique store correct? My answer when I asked was no we do not do that I asked if they had anywhere to refer me to no we do not we don't know where to turn to for a quote. So then the biggest question is how the heck do they know what they're selling their stuff for if they can't even give a round about quote an antique price. I simply think that an antique shop should be pretty knowledgeable on antiques that's all. Bought a sofa then was called back to tell me that they were refunding payment because someone came in and told them it was worth more

Wish I could add photos of my conversation with the owner his response to this review is a lie. He was offered more money for the sofa after I had already purchased it so he decided to cancel transaction after I already paid for the item there was no confusion regarding price. Fortunately in the state of Ohio once you have purchased a item it is your property and I have already contacted the warren police and sent a message to the attorney general.

Any respectable and legally abiding Buisness would say well I guess I could have got more for the item honor the transaction they have already made and move on. But this store Would rather risk their reputation over a little more money.
