This store is an absolute joke. Or at least the three employees that were working tonight are. Called an hour before I went into the store to ask about a pair of boots their website said was in stock, waited on hold for about 10 minutes to be told they didn’t have that boot in the store at all, they didn’t carry it. I knew they didn’t check. Sure enough I go in the store and in less than 10 seconds I find not only the two sizes I was asking about, but several other sizes of that exact pair of boots. Took me 5 minutes to walk in the store, decide which size I liked better, and leave. Then the cashier had the AUDACITY to ask if anyone helped us on the floor when she knew damn well all three of them were huddled at the cash registers having a chit-chat and nobody even acknowledged our entrance let alone asking if we needed help. I’m absolutely disgusted by what this store has turned into. Read moreFirst time in boot barn and me and my husband were helped by a very nice lady who helped my husband pick out his boots, but when we got to the check out we were helped by a different lady who was very rude! Her name is Myra! She had an attitude from the beginning with not only me and my husband but her own co workers. She was not trying to hear my husband out when he was trying to explain his discount through his work she came off very unprofessional and did not care about her attitude towards customers. She really should not be working with others specially with an attitude like that. My husband had a voucher through his job and she wanted to argue about it and try not to honor it, when my husband called his supervisor he asked to speak with her and she then got on the phone and started yelling at my husband’s supervisor over the phone in front of everyone at the store. Read moreMy husband purchased a pair of nicely priced boots about a week ago, he was told by one of the employees that if he had any issues breaking them in he could take them back for exchange or refund. Today we went in to exchange for a wider size since he wore them and they were still very stiff and tight! which also made sores on his calves! As we approach the counter to do the exchange the mature colored eye woman with dark hair&blonde highlights was at the register, very aggressively questions my husband why he grabs the same size in boot if the other pair was tight, mind you this woman had not even checked the new boot size to ask this question!!! She looks at him and tells him "BECAUSE YOU WORE THESE BOOTS AND DIDN'T GET THE RIGHT SIZE, NOW I HAVE TO EAT THESE OVER $200 BOOTS!!" Obviously my husband went a size wider, after she checks them she toned it down and said oh yes it makes sense to go wider!!!
