Service was good... The restaurant itself is in need of a face lift that's for sure.... Both inside and out of the restaurant is out dated. also there company policy of one basket of bottomless fries at a time for each table is rediculous in my opinion. If I'm with a guest and we both order two separate meals and in those two separate meals bottomless fries are part of thats plates price.... Then two separate baskets of bottomless fries needs to come out the kitchen on for me and one for the other party I'm with.... If not then one of those meals you should be reducing the cost and if your policy is to not have two separate baskets of bottomless fries on the table at the same time... it's stupid to have the expectation from your customers that one person eats their basket of bottomless fries while the other party who ordered the same and is paying for it in their meal has to wait for the other person to finish their basket so that they then can get their order on the table. Forcing the person who just finished their first basket to wait for their second because the other party is now eating their first basket ...... I mean come on do you hear this?? Do you know how stupid this sounds to the people reading it? I mean come on make life simple both parties ordered bottomless fries they shouldn't have to share a basket #1 because there was 2 separate orders placed which mean one basket for the first person who order it and a 2nd basket for the other person at the table who ordered bottomless fries.... And #2 the amount that is proportioned in those baskets are so miniscule who could you even have the expectation that the basket is enough for two people. INCREASE ur portion size of fries in the basket.... I mean after all THEY ARE BOTTOMLESS. Fix these to policies or practices then I'd be more inclined to give you a 5star rating. To be honest ur lucky it i selected a 3 because three I consider as average and those policies don't deserve a 3 star rating. They're more deserving of a 2 star or a one star... But a 2 star is disliked and it's not that I dislike red robin.... I love red Robin🤘 I think you guys have great food... It's just those two policies suck so that's why three was selected... But if 2 didn't mean disliked that's what I would have...
Read moreYuba City, CA location. We decided to celebrate Father's Day early to skip the lines. (We'll BBQ tomorrow.) We received a genuine welcome and were asked how long since our last visit. It had been more than 6 months. Surprisingly, we didn't have to wait to be seated even at 5:15 pm though it was nearly at capacity. Our waitress arrived shortly after we were seated. She was pleasant, attentive and efficient. Once we placed our orders, the host brought us a fresh basket of fries stating they were going to work hard to be our favorite restaurant starting with the bottomless fries, which I'm told were hot, fresh and amazing. Myself, I had ordered the sweet potato fries. I wasn't going to say anything, just appreciative of the quick service but, before I even could have said anything, the host went on to say that a bottomless basket of sweet potato fries would be right out for me. These, I can attest to. They were hot, fresh and amazing. I had only gotten through half of my basket of love when our burgers arrived with yet more of the yummy fries beside them. Hubby had ordered an old fashioned bacon cheeseburger deluxe, pink in the middle while I had ordered something more...to feel guilty about. My burger was adorned not only with bacon but, swiss cheese, grilled onion and smashed avocado. Both burgers were exactly as we had wanted... cooked to perfection, hot, juicy and flavorful. It was easy for me to be a good girl and eat only half of my burger because I had filled up on the sweet potato fries while waiting for the burger. Not to fret. I asked for a sheet of wax paper and a box. I wrapped up my burger in the wax paper and stuffed it into the box with the fries I hadn't already filled my belly with. The fries will be almost as perfect reheated in the air fryer. As for the burger, I'll remove it from the bun which will be wet with grease. I'll reheat the burger low and slow and place it on a new toasted bun for deliciousness round II. Yes, we definitely had a great experience and hope each repeated visit will be just as wonderful. If you're in the Yuba City area or, if you haven't been to a Red Robin in a while, I suggest you do. Hopefully, you'll receive wonderful service, great burgers and amazing...
Read moreFirst, they seated us in the short side of their extending table booth. The floor Still had a puddle we had to jump over to sit on one side. The puddle on the set was poorly wiped. It took 20 min for our order to be placed after we stopped looking at our menu, as our server just walked around talking to other staff. They brought out an appetizer and fries but did not ask if we wanted condiments. The table next to us asked for 1 condiment and was brought 3 of each. The party next to us was seated at the large part of the booth the puddle was still there and their set was wet still as well. Their party ruined the atmosphere by being loud, and drunk. The party of 6 set 30 min after us but their food came out first even though our party of 2 orders was taken 10 min before there's. Both in our party ordered the cheese dip and were served the normal size. The party of 6 was given a full bowl at no charge since the puddle was on the floor. The puddle only got bigger as they dropped a drink. Once our food came we asked for it to go. They got our box and went to the kitchen to get the chees dip that was not brought out with the food. We had to climb out over the larger puddle leaving our shoes sticky. Once home we now had soggy cold burgers and fries, that would have been better...
