I ordered a burger, birria tacos, donut holes, wings and Biscoff shake. While the food, besides the donut holes was hot and seemed fresh, I was given the wrong shake I was in a hurry and didnât check until I was near home.
The shake was a vanilla shake. I came here only to try the Biscoff shake, bit decided to go all out with the food since there was a 20% coupon. Not sure why, but there were 3 ladies who helped me. They were all very friendly so in attitude their customer service was great, but they handed me the food and initially forgot to give me the shake. Happens a lot with online orders at fast food. Not sure why. Lady says, âOh, weâll give you your shake right awayâ I receive the shake and it was a vanilla shake. No eggnog and no Biscoff bits anywhere on the shake .
Spending $7. 00 and getting the wrong shake. This is NOT acceptable

This JIB was the only place that could ever get my daughter's order correct: burger, no cheese, ketchup only. NOBODY GETS IT RIGHT. Usually I find on my receipt its the cashier that gets it right, and its the cook who doesn't. And our recent visit to JIB was no exception. He clearly put the cheese on then realized it shouldn't have cheese on it, so he took it off. But it was a bit too late cuz her burger had bits of melted cheese on the burger and the bun. Also, they forgot her ketchup. It wasn't hard at least to take those bits of cheese off for her though cuz the burger wasn't even warm! And I'm also guessing the fries were undercooked, cuz they were still frozen together in clumps, and warm (not hot) when we got our clump-o'-fries, but cold when we got home 5 minutes later.    Read moreTotal nightmare stopping into the dining room tonight. 2 young workers .. 1 trying to take orders at drive thru, run orders out to the parking lot and address customers at the counter. Young employee #2 was a nice man trying to cook, listen to special orders and run up to take orders at the counter as needed. #3 employee was a lead supervisor trying her best to do the work of 3 employees because they were so short staffed for the drivethru and pickup up orders at this time of night/Friday night. It was getting unkind as the lead supervisor was stressed. Shame on this corporation for not giving these employees the support they need to do the job expected of them. I will not support again, or anyone I tell... Until this corporation supports their employees. I hope those young people each realize that they are valuable and deserve...
