Very disrespectful front desk salesman. I tried to order new wheels over the phone. They asked for a deposit and I tried using my wife's debit card, with her sitting right next to me. The guy said he couldn't take the card number over the phone and said I could send him a picture of my wife's I'd and card to his cell phone and he would do it. Ofcourse I wasn't going to do this but he still ordered them with no deposit. The next day I asked my mom to take me to the store to purchase them and this time I was going to use a prepaid debit card. When I went in the guy accused me of using a stolen credit card. I had my mother come in a she showed her i'd and explained that it was a prepaid card with no name on it and all I had was a PIN to use it. They kept provoking me and talking as if I was a thief. U can see the owners comment (who wasn't even there) below still trying to pass the false narrative that I'm using a stolen card. That was untrue. It was a prepaid debit card. If it was stolen they would of called the police. I'm sure. I'd rather go to Queen Penny across the street. Way nicer of people.. Ps. When I called back to speak to the owner shawn who supposedly wasn't there during the disagreement. He told me that if my card had a microchip they wouldn't of asked for my id. But since it didn't have a microchip they considered it a gift card and...
Read moreI was looking for a tire shop to replace my tires and as usual, I was surfing through the reviews as I base my decision on the experiences of others, this is the only tire shop I came across where the business’s response to reviews were unprofessional, sadly based on the companies responses on reviews, I wouldn’t trust this business working on my vehicle because if a issue were to arise I seen and read how they respond and treat their customers, (poorly) Word of advice from a Google local guide and Business Critic, if I were you I would be more cautious when responding to negative reviews on your business, even with hard to deal with customers. It’s not what you say. It’s how you say it. I’ve read reviews from your business to customers where remarks were made about their intellectual being an intelligence and in my book that says more about the person saying it than the person they’re saying it about. If you’re running a professional business run that business professionally in every aspect.
ATTENTION potential customers remember to read the business’s reviews and responses, be mindful to their customer care and service responses, as well as the business owners lack of integrity screams the type and kind of business being ran, extremely unprofessional especially when responding to customer feedback and ...
