Burger King — Restaurant in Yuba City

Poorest of the poorest service! We ordered our food to be made fresh. Drove up to the window to pay and the girl at the window asks us to drive into the parking lot and wait. After about 10 mins of waiting I go inside and notice that everyone ( about 7 ppl) waiting in line was upset that either their order was wrong, some ppl were were complaining that was the second time they had to get in line, and when I was waiting I noticed that there was food waiting under the heat lamp. The same girl that took my order at the window (after 10 mins) grabbed the food under the heat lamp and put it in a bag and began to walk it out to us so I stopped her in the lobby and asked her if that was my food and she said yes; I then told her I did not want that food becuase I ordered it to be made fresh and that I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager never came so I approached the counter and asked the cook who the manager was. It took the manager another 5 mins before she came back and I tried to explained the situation (meanwhile she was dealing with other wrong orders and angry guests). I never seen this bad of service at this particular Burger King. I always brag about how this Burger is the best Burger King around! Im not sure if they were short staffed but it looked like it. They should have literally closed the ordering off for a minute and regrouped. The manager did an awesome job in keeping a smile on her face and saying thank you! Honestly I felt bad for her but hey! The food was stale and tasteless. The mozzarella fries were cold and the cheese was hard. I've had these at other BKs and they were hot, crispy and had a nice cheese pull, but not here. The staff completely ignores customers. After standing 2nd in line at the counter for 15 minute watching the girl behind the counter, we decided to use the self serve kiosk. The other customer was picking up an order and was upset that she could see her food sitting there as they ignored her too. This Burger King actually stays open as long as it's hours are posted, not like the other two that are very close by that close more than an hour earlier even though they are supposed to be open. I drive at night for work and I appreciate this greatly. They were firing fresh chicken Jr's and onion rings with less than 10 minutes to go. It was a little late for the deep fryer so they had me pull around front for a short wait but I tipped the guy when they got there, it was delicious.
