Midtown Grill — Restaurant in Yuba City

I went to Midtown Grill today to meet up with someone I went to high school with. He had found me on Facebook and friended me. We decided to go to His Favorite Pl., Midtown Grill. We stayed there for about 3 1/2 hours and had a lovely meal. The food was delicious and Our date was wonderful remember in the old times in high school. The date couldn’t have gone any better. What was really nice is Christina came over and said she was dying of curiosity about our little meeting. She saw the yearbook photo and had kind of overheard some of our conversation and was wondering what our little meeting was about. We filled her in on some of the details. Of how we had Kind of known each other in high school but had never really met. What was wonderful is that she was just as excited about our meeting as we were. She was happy that we were having this experience with her at her place of business and wished us all the best. The fact that she observed this and made mention of it was really cool on her Behalf. I would recommend Midtown grilled anybody the food is excellent, The atmosphere is relaxed, they have excellent brews and wine Available. And they have excellent waiters and waitresses. I will definitely be going back and this will definitely be one of my favorite places. Thanks Midtown grill you made my first date and hopefully many dates to come fun...

My kids took me to this place for my birthday the waitress was very dingy and the guy with the white hair is very rude I'm assuming he must be the manager I didn't even ask the food was cold when it got us it took 45 minutes for our order the waitress did not bring two of our drinks which were milkshakes to our table we asked for it twice my daughter asked for ranch to go with the appetizers and the waitress never brought that to us I had to to take the milkshakes back to the counter because they were very watered-down with milk and tastes like chocolate milk instead of a chocolate milkshake our food was cold like I said it took 45 minutes from the time we ordered our food till the time it got to our table and we didn't even get our food all at one time two orders came once and then probably about 10 minutes later the other two plates came not very happy with this I've ate there in the past and never had any problems for some reason they did not have their stuff together tonight sorry to say I will never go...

I had heard wonderful things about Midtown Grill and was excited to try their food while supporting our local small town business. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the attitude of one of the staff members, which ultimately led us to leave without trying the food.

Upon entering, one of the employees walked past me three times without acknowledging my presence. It was only when another employee asked if we had been helped that I mentioned we hadn't. This second employee was much friendlier and offered to clean a table for us. However, before she could start, the rude employee intervened and said something that made the friendly employee stop what she was doing.

Although the friendly employee assured us that someone would be right with us, the damage had already been done. The rude behavior of the first employee left a sour taste, and we decided it was best to leave.

It's a shame because I genuinely wanted to support Midtown Grill, but the poor customer service was a deal-breaker. Sadly, we won't...
