Taqueria El Taco Naco — Restaurant in Yuba City

Honestly...I hate to do this i never write reviews, but now I'm honestly livid..I asked for a chicken strip basket and onion rings as a side instead of fries, 2 quesabirria tacos and a hot cheeto burrito....I wait a whole 5 mins for my food which at first I was like "oh sweet that was fast". I get home to find out they gave me a cheeseburger instead of chicken strips my girlfriend wasnt too upset about it but its also not what we payed for...the quesabirria tacos came with 2 spoonfuls of consume....now this is what I'm mad about... the hot cheeto burrito the tortilla was hard as a rock like left out overnight . There was more hot cheeto and fries than there was meat there was no sour cream and the meat was hard and crunchy...inhate leaving reviews for businesses because I normally just say they must be busy...it's pouring rain outside and I was then only customer you had. The food was terrible you shorted my burrito and you gave me the wrong food. I'm not giving you a 3rd chance because this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks the food here was terrible. What happened to your business you used to be...

I use this establishment about 10-15 times a month due to how close it is to one of my businesses. 11/26 at 08:00 pm i sent one of my employees to walk and get my food. Once he got their they refused to hand over the food without id. He then walked back about ten mins and informed me of the situation. I drove their and picked up the food. The cashier just threw the bag at me and did not respond to my thank you. Once we bit into the burritos all 4 of us could not eat a second bite. They were way to spicy like someone sabotaged them. I tried to give all the business i could to this establishment but will not anymore. Seems to me the group working the evening shift simpiliy...

I hate to leave a bad review and love supporting local small businesses. I grew up in Olivehurst going to taco naco all the time, moved to YC and was so happy when they opened this location. It seems like recently the past few times I’ve ordered from the YC location the customer service has really sucked. Today I called and placed an order for naco fries, was told it would be a 25 min wait which was no problem at all. I showed up 30 minutes later, paid, and was told it would be 8 more minutes for my food, ended up waiting 25 more minutes. My fries were fresh and good quality but I waited over an hour. I just wish there would be better customer service, maybe...
