Taco Bell — Restaurant in Yuba City

Never ordering from Taco Bell on Colusa Avenue in Yuba City, CA again! This is the second time they got our order wrong and we were missing a bunch of items! Last time was a pick-up order, they forgot 6 crunchy tacos. This time was a delivery order where they forgot 2 white hot ranch fries orders, 2 cinnamon twists orders, 1 chips and cheese order. They said they don't do refunds on App orders because they "can't". They said come back and mention the manager's name to get your missing items free. Yeah, so we can take the chance of them doing something gross or bad to our food out of spite? I don't think so! Also, last time we weren't told when our PAID FOR pickup order was ready, when we went to pick up they said it wasn't completely paid for and they tried to charge the "remaining amount owed" to our other card even though we had already paid for it online. We don't recommend this location AT ALL, but if you do decide to give them a chance PLEASE do not order from any apps and check your order upon receiving then decide what you personally want to do if...

Everything I ordered was messed up tacos hardly had any meat in them only cheese. Bean burritos had such a small scoop you could barely taste them. Ordered one taco without lettuce it had extra. The pintos and cheese was mostly cheese. That was my first experience. So I gave them the benefit of doubt to see if their KFC was better the next day, and WOW it was not much of the same the chicken was ok I mean hard to mess that up, although when you order large mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese you expect more than 2 scoops coming out of the container but that wasn't the case. So I'm going to finish with this if they can not fill things up, no one should stop to eat there just go to BK. I pulled into the drive through st 8:10am this morning! And was greeted with a handwritten note! Saying "Short handed! We will be opening at 8:30!" So I sat and waited! Until 8:30! Nobody ever opened the store! So I called! And asked when they were opening and the girl said "we're short handed! So anytime between 9:00-9:30"
