I've shopped here a few times and have had good experiences until yesterday, I was asked if I needed any help five or six times, at first I just thought everyone was being helpful. The first time I was asked I actually did need some help locating some lube. While browsing the selection I was asked 2 more times if I needed help and I didn't think much of it but when I needed an item from the case I stood around for what seemed like forever but was likely only a minute or two. After making my selection the associate took my items to the counter for me while spent a few minutes curiosly browsing around checking out the various items. I was asked if I needed help 2 or 3 more times. That's when I noticed wherever I went in the store, an associate was no more then 10 feet away from me, obviously staring and watching me, I assume they are trying to prevent theft but this being a store that sells personal and private items where your likely to find someone a bit shy and/or embarrassed about looking into certain items, they would try to create a stress free and respect people's privacy. Needless to say after I noticed, I just went to the counter paid for my things and left. I'll just use the internet for these things at this point. Much cheaper anyways even though I don't mind paying more to have things immediately vs waiting for a package...

I am leaving this review for the website. We ordered something which arrived broken and emailed to get return help. I was told to return the item by mail, I was given the return address, and told to address it to attn: Ruth Wohl. Well that was back in September and I still have not been refunded for an item which I do not have but was paid for in full. I sent an email and received a very bogus "receipt" saying my refund was paid to paypal, although I used my debit card and never gave any paypal information. The email address I used for the account doesn't even have paypal, so someone has been given my money other than myself. I received the email from Ruth Wohl directly, so I'd like to know how to handle this from here.
I will never again use the website, and I won't be shopping at the actual store unless I get the full refund for the item which was shipped to me in a defective condition. I'll drive a town over and buy what I want from there instead. The item was bought for our anniversary, so it was most annoying that it was delivered broken.
Since the email I received claims to have refunded me with a fake paypal receipt, I thought I would at least warn others of potential for such...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I never walked inside the store but I did speak with an employee over the phone. I called 3 days after my husband had purchased the clone a willy kit for Father's Day last year. We had issues with the item because there wasn't enough silicone in the kit to make a proper mold. We ended up with just half of his member. When I spoke with the employee she asked if I had the receipt, which I did and she said she would have the manager call me but I never received a call. I called again and was told she would have the manager call me again but as you can guess, that never happened. I never tried to call again because I could see it wasn't going to get resolved.
