In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Yuba City

If you asked me 2mo ago if I wanted In-N-Out, I would have replied, " Hell no!" Why? All i can remember is the hamburgers being hella small and dry and basically a salad burger w/a patty in it. Couldnt stand it. A couple of months ago, my daughter went there cuz her and my grandson LOVE the place and she asked me if I wanted anything. I was hungry so i said yeah i guess. I told her to get me the same as her and after the 15 min or so wait, we got our food and I got my cheeseburger and it looked actually very tasty and juicy. Not how I remember them looking before. I took a bite and OMG, i couldnt believe how delicious it was. I was like DAMN, OK. They got wayvbetter, Lol Mustard fried is the only way to go and it comes w/them thick juicy pickles and i got it w/ everything on it and extra peperoncini's. Now, i cant stop going there. Im still not to fond of them fries but cant win em all. Cokes are on point! It may seem and look like a forever wait, but in total and being the 3rd car around the corner if at the Arden location, it only took a total of 16min. Well...

The food at any In-n-Out is perfection!

I just have a review to submit as a result of my recent experience. After I placed my order for a regular order of fries and an order of animal-style fries at 6:37 p.m., I noticed my order number had not been called after 20 minutes. I went to the counter to check on my order with Jackie, and she said she couldn’t find my order number but to hold on. I waited patiently another 10 minutes, and my number was never called. I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and went to ask Jackie for a refund because I had been waiting over 30 min. Never did she apologize for not getting back to me, she just said “oh, okay let me get my manager to come out here.” The manager, Grant, took his time to come out and never offered an apology, didn’t offer to make my food, didn’t give an explanation for not having my order, and much less offer any complimentary items (which I didn’t care for either way). Grant and Jackie took care of the refund and sent me away.

Just horrible customer service...

I love In-N-Out Burger, with their fresh hamburgers and fries and their thick shakes, yum! I usually get the cheeseburger with everything on it and add pickle slices, it's so good! fresh fries you can watch them making through the window also and the employees here are always nice! And what makes this locations special is the wild chickens roaming all over the parking lot. I love chickens first off, and they're just the cutest little things. I love tossing tid bits of food out the car window to them and watching them run their little legs off to get over by my car, waiting for the next piece of French fry to fly out my car window. Yesterday, I must've had 15 or so them waiting patiently. And that's why I always return to this location. Excellent burgers, fries and shakes and the cutest mob of wild chickens ever, love it! And might I add, I've been going to In-N-Out Burger locations for at least 50 years. The food is consistently delicious. If you've never tried a burger from here, you need to! 🐓...
