They did a good job fixing my phone, and did it in a quick time. But, now we will get to the problem I had with them. So when I brought my iPhone in there, they said there was a chance that the screen would break and that they would have to charge me an extra 100$, which in itself is garbage, as their one and only job is fixing phones, so how could they possibly make such a critical mistake, and why would it fall on me to fix. But i was in a rush, so I give them my phone, and I go through my day. I came back later when they said that the phone was done. So I go to pay, and they said that they had broken the screen and had to replace it, and wanted to charge me an extra 100$ for it. I thought it was a bit dumb, but decided to go along with it. Before I gave them the money, I examined the phone, and noticed something that they had missed, my original screen protector was still on my screen. I was furious, but I played it cool, and asked them if they were sure that my screen had broken. So the guy looked at my phone, and says that it’s screen had been broken during the repair. So I ask him again, and he says he will make sure with someone else, and takes it into the back of the store. About 3 minutes later, he comes back and confirms that the screen had been broken. At this point I couldn’t take it any more and tell him that he is lying, and my original screen cover is still on the screen, and that the screen hadn’t been replaced, and that he was trying to scam me. So he goes into the back again, saying he needs to check my info with someone. When he then comes back, he starts feeding this bull crud story about how they had accidentally got me mixed up with someone else who just so happened to have my exact same name and the exact same model and color of my phone. He then says sorry about the mistake, and charges me what the repair should have cost, and I go on my way…..well, the story doesn’t end! Later, I made a bad review of the store, and said the exact thing that I had said above, except I had made the mistake of showing my payment receipt. So guess what happens next. The guy calls me, and is frantic that I take down my 1 star review, and starts saying that he is just a small business owner. He says more bull about how he was going to meet me to sort things out, which felt very threatening. He said that he would find the person that had done this, and would fire him. I got scared and changed my review to a 4 star review, and removed all the stuff I had said about this store. The fact that he would have the audacity to reach out to a person through their personal phone number, and remove all anonymity that is supposed to be held by reviewers, is totally unacceptable, and fairly scary. I’ve been reviewing for many years, and this is the only time I’ve ever had anything like this happen. It really make me wonder if he has done the same to other reviewers also, to make sure he holds a high rating. I just finally decided to change my review, as it always felt wrong giving this person any speck of a good review. I will update this review if he tries to contact me again with an edit on the bottom, but hopefully they have learned not to mess with their...

My girlfriend walked into this store, and received an estimate for a diagnosis on her cell phone during her lunch break. I came to the store shortly after with her phone because she had to return to work. They quoted me a different price for the diagnosis, and were not willing to negotiate on the difference with the quote. I paid their new up charge, and they quoted me an hour.
So I ran some errands around town, and showed up shortly after an hour. The same salesman told me that the test was not done, and that it would be not too long before they knew what was going on. I was okay with that, and asked for an appropriate time to come back. They told me they had my number on file, and they would give me a call when it was done. I took off again and returned about 45 minutes later to check on the status of the phone.
A different person from the back came out which I figured was probably the tech. He asked to see my receipt, and continued to ask why I had showed up without being called. I figured he was busy, and already upset with a separate customer. I told him that I wanted to get an appropriate time that I would be called that way I can arrange my day approipriatly, (at this time it was five till 5 pm). He became upset when I asked again for a better time estimate. Another salesman came from the back, and tried to tell me that I need to leave so they can do their job. I told the third employee my conversation with second employee was not delaying the computer that was plugged into my phone. I restated all I wanted was an estimated time. Both employees went to the back after saying they were just going to hand me my broken phone.
The original person I spoke with came from the back, and he told me very politely that the tests were not done yet. He explained it would be a little while before they called me. I was okay with that, and went to exit the store when the other two walked out of the back. The second employee had my girlfriends phone in hand.
The second employee handed me the phone, and stated here's your phone, goodbye. I asked if it was fixed, and he said "No you can leave my store, I'm not touching your phone anymore." I asked for my refund, and he said "no you paid for it and I don't like the way you spoke with me." I told him I paid for a service that wasn't fulfilled. He told me he did not care, and he was not fixing the phone.
I spent a total of almost 2 hours waiting to receive a service that I did not get. The second employee that spoke with me also identified himself as "Jagpreet, the owner of the store."

Read moreI broke my phone screen the first time, and they fixed it for one hundred and something and it worked great. Several months later a puppy chewed the edge of my screen when it was left in his run area, and I returned to Sell Phones. This time when I picked it up it was less than a hundred and why I did not know. When I started using the phone I found out why, they used a generic screen that was not sensitive and pure junk. I could not the adjust brightness, which is a sign of aftermarket junk I later found out. I returned to the store and explained the problems, and asked the store manger to attempt to type a text message on my phone. He very clearly understood the that a text message was a very difficult task with the screen they provided. They confirmed that they installed a very low quality screen, and their offer was for me to pay $80 dollars for the right part and they would install the new screen free. I said In would give them $40 because that is about the difference from the junk screen and the good quality screen. NOPE, so I left with just my frustrating phone that bothered me so much, and was so useless, I purchased a new phone elsewhere.......AVOID this place unless you want a...
