We love this library. They really care about their patrons. They work hard to make summer reading fun for all the kids in the area, and put on such an awesome end of summer celebration. They’re very kind here, and they be answered any questions we asked them. The space is very nice and they have a variety of resources available. The collection is also large and great for a variety of audiences. It’s a very inviting space.
I think a lot of people need to know that libraries are no longer the quiet spaces where you get shushed by a spectacled old lady. They’re more of a center of the community and people should feel a sense of community which will mean they talk and laugh and enjoy the space.

Read moreUsed to be our favorite because of the variety of engagement for kids in their kids area. But now there are 3 or less computers and no tablets at all, which makes it very competitive for kids. That’s very saddening. The variety of different electronics and other stuff they had really set them apart inside the library from other nearby libraries. Now we might have to drive really far in order to find another library to hang out in. A lot of the things that made it special for kids are going away. I guess we will just be coming when eventbrite lists things...
