White Buffalo Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Yukon

I very rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at this location was so unpleasant i have been to other locations before and they have been great! but I feel it’s important to share. I visited about 2-4 days of ago on a road trip and ordered a Nutty Pumpkin. The drink itself was extremely watered down, but sadly, that was the least of the problems. From the moment I placed my order until the time I received it, the staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. When I pulled up to the window, the woman working i think she had brownish or black hair was a skinner smaller woman and her hair was in a bun she looked a lot older than the staff i had seen before i’m not sure but, immediately gave me attitude. She never greeted me, never smiled, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. The staff in general seemed tense, and it reflected in the way they treated customers. When my drink was handed to me, no effort was made to ask if I needed a straw, napkins, or anything else. I attempted to politely voice my concerns, but before I could even finish my sentence, the woman abruptly shut the window in my face. I cannot describe how dismissive and rude that felt. To make matters worse, she then stood off to the side of the window, scrolling through her phone instead of assisting customers.As someone who works customer service myself, I understand everyone can have a rough day, but the complete lack of respect and care was appalling. We had been going every weekend and there is never the same person working. The coffee is never consistent with what you order. And they also help people in the drive thru before the ones that come inside we have waited for them to help multiple cars before acknowledging that we were standing there. The frozen coffees are over blended and watery. We went Saturday and this will be our last time, we went through the drive thru cause we were on a time crunch and knew we’d be helped faster. When the girl handed us our coffee, it was spilt all over the lid and down the side of the cup. We had to end up going inside to get napkins and I told her the girl and she goes oh yeah, sorry about that. She knew it was messy so it should have never been handed to us like that.
