Coffee Jerks — Restaurant in Yukon

Well, you certainly live up to your name. You lost me as a customer before you ever even gained me. I am a DoorDash driver, I just came there at 7 o’clock in the morning for an order. Someone else’s order. Obviously. After waiting in the drive-through for 25 minutes, because I had no idea you could go inside. I would’ve much rather have went inside than waited in that horrendous line. But I had no idea as I’ve never been there before and it looked like Dutch Bros. Who, shout out to them! As it’s the same type of set up, but they are very sweet. very nice very fast very proficient and will always remain in business due to their policies over yours lol. So I wait in line for 25 minutes. Finally get up to the thing and I say I have a DoorDash order and the guy is so so so rude and snaps at me that I have to come inside to pick up a DoorDash order. I told him OK I’m sorry I’ve never been here before I didn’t even know you could come inside. So I maneuver my car around in that horrible parking space that does not look like it is equipped to have people inside, especially not with all that traffic that was waiting on that slow moving line, so I maneuver my car around, adding so much time to this DoorDash. But y’all clearly don’t care about that. So I go inside thinking he’s possibly working on the order and that’s why I had to come inside, I stand there for 10 minutes without him, saying a word to me. Did not greet me did not literally say a word neither did the other girl that was there. Which yes they were busy, I will give them that, but so? Everyone who works is busy. We’re all busy. We are all working and just trying to make a living and maybe enjoy some freaking coffee along the way. Goodness. So after standing there for 10 minutes, I’m like hey! I have the DoorDash for. Well, I’m not going to say his name. He just like gestures and is like DoorDash‘s are over there. I clearly I already told you I have never been here before! So I have no idea. There was no sign that says DoorDash orders go here, there was no ticket that had my name on it pointing out that I could see there was no reason in the world I would think to just walk over away from the employees and just start grabbing food that is sitting there. Especially as it wasn’t even together, nor bagged up, no drink carrier, no straws,I had to do that myself. So I’m getting paid to do your job. On top of you, literally having the worst attitude I have ever encountered out of a fast food worker. Yeah, you could not pay me to go back to this store lol. You could pay me my whole weekly wage that I’ll make this week, and I still would not step one of my pretty pink toes into your store. Ever. So so so rude. I think that guy needs counseling. Not to even mention! There was coffee all over both of the cups! Hot and iced. I mean just terrible lol. If you can’t even be nice, at least make your product worth it. Which it wasn’t. I guarantee the customers spent about eight dollars on these messy, late, cold and watered down coffees....

Beeznes is hands down our favorite drink served here. The food is cooked fresh and all delicious, however keep in mind breakfast sandwiches will hold up a line for a bit since they’re cooked fresh. This location has had its fair share of struggles. From leaky lids, to the espresso machine going down for a week, to the app not working properly since its release (corporate issues more than anything) to long wait times, for 2 weeks they were out of one of the syrups in our favorite drink so they replaced it with something else that tasted horrible but didn’t mention it to the customers until I asked why it was so different…honestly I think it comes down to training employees more than anything. Again, a corporate issue more than a location issue. Even still, we love their coffee and sandwiches, and my husband and I eat here every morning I wfh and on most weekends. Rooting for this location...

So I frequent this shop before when it was coffee jerks and now as White Buffalo as a cust. Today I came as a Door Dash driver and man was my experience a nightmare. The order came through as their old name. They were completely rude, dismissive. Arguing this has never happened before instead of focusing on servicing the cust. In the end my customer and theirs got their order but man did those 2 make me work for it. Makes me not want to EVER GO BACK as a DD Driver or a cust. I miss the 2 young ladies who used to be baristas there they were a great team and so sweet. These 2 today have absolutely no idea how to treat people. Let alone their partner ir their customers.
