Cashland — Attraction in Zanesville

I came from Columbus to sell a chain to a lady and I was already skeptical about talking to the guy the way he looked at me as I walked in and didn’t say anything. I had him test a necklace for a buyer for him to tell her that he wouldn’t buy it and that it WASNT real. This clown hit the chain with the magnet at the spot where the spring in the clasp is which pushed it toward the magnet but didn’t stick And still told her that it was fake. I knew before coming in what I had, I’ve spend over 50k on jeweler before so I knew it was good to go. After he mentioned that the chain was fake I then removed my other and asked him to test it again where he also said it was fake! Afterward I ended up going to an actual jeweler down the road who then verified all 3 ways that the chains were both real and mentioned if you hit them at the right spot where the spring is it would pull which it did. The pawn guy never hit it in any other spot. He knew that if I wasn’t spending money he was going to say they were fake anyway. After having them both checked I came back to the shop and told this clown he was an idiot and that he should stop buying jewelry if he doesn’t take the proper precautions to verify if something is real or not. He then told me that he wasn’t making anything out of it either way which is why he then told her it was fake. Don’t go to this guy to buy sell or even shop. He clearly doesn’t care about how he does business and he is not...

Do NOT BUY or SELL from here, One of the Long term employees possibly the manager completely ripped me off today!! BASICALLY STOLE FROM ME BY TAKING 5 DOLLARS OFF WHAT HE ORIGINAL AGREED TO PAY " HAULING IT AWAY" that was what he said! THEN he tried to tell me that my 14 KP 3 Princess cut Diamond ring was fake after he scratched inside the band, looked thru his jewelers loupe and he could clearly read its markings as well as the maker mark itself! But he really told me that the P in KP was for plated, when I knew it was for Plumb! KP stands for Karat Plumb! Which means True... I went to Coin Mart ( which I highly recommend) and they confirmed my ring was as real as they come and I was correct on the marking and it's meaning. SO DO NOT USE CASH LAND...

Will NEVER buy from this place again. Sold me a air fryer AND a hp laptop that that didn't work. The laptop turns on and I can get on the internet but there's no space and I can't factory reset it . I've tried a few diff ways smdh unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars. I live 3 hrs away in Youngstown so bringing it back woulda cost me a arm n leg seemings how I don't have transportation ATM.
