Great bourbon, amazing smoked old fashioned, cool aesthetics. One thing they're missing is food, and the food nearby that you can walk to pickup or have delivered was... subpar at best. Definitely a neat little place I'd like to take my fiancé and family to. We only found this place while dress shopping down the street at Simply Blush, so it was a nice little find. It's a quaint little distillery in a quaint little town and is definitely worth a visit. You'll definitely want to figure out some food plans because their smoked old fashioned was hard to turn down, and they won't have anything to tide you over. The service was odd, to say the least. He had this weird habit of being insulting and making you uncomfortable. While I typically have a drier and darker sense of humor, it was just a very awkward social experience. One theory was that he was just really bored and trying to entertain himself. Either way, if that's the only drawback I'm able to find here then that should tell you something. Overall: good drinks, good vibes. Don't come hungry, and pass on the Mexican restaurant for which they keep menus.

After years of enjoying and experiencing wine, cognac, beer, we started to have interest in whisky, especially Bourbon. We did research and found Olde Raleigh Distillery, fascinating with the story and the YouTube on their website, we booked a tour to learn more about the distillery and the Bourbon whisky. Entering, we found the distillery very simple but elegant, nice atmosphere and gave us a nice feeling. We were greeted and assisted by cheerful Kristy and Roy was the one to give the tour. Roy was very informative, very polite, the smell of the distillery and the opportunity to smell the barrels was fantastic. Ending the tour, we enjoyed the flights of the 3 whisky each of our choices and the conversations with Kristy and Roy. My husband also ordered a smoked whisky of his choice (not the typical Old Fashion) which was out of this world. Best wishes to Brandon, the owner of Olde Raleigh distillery who is brave to give up many things to open the distillery in Zebulon. And thanks Kristy and Roy for the fabulous time. We will be back!!!

Calling all Bourbon/Whiskey/Beer heads... Old Raleigh Distillery is a MUST see! We went there to pick up a bottle of their latest batch and ended up staying for hours. The bartender Clara and her bar back Johnny were holding it down and absolutely the BEST. It’s very warming to be greeted the second you enter a facility with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The atmosphere radiates positivity! You can tell that the master distiller not only takes pride in his craft, but also in his people! Everyone wants to be there and it shows in true passion when taking their tour. From the beautiful distillery to the wonderful people, Olde Raleigh is onto something super special and we were glad to be apart of it. If you haven’t scheduled a trip or been on the fence about making the drive I’m here to tell you this is well worth your time. I accept thank you’s in the form of pours at the bar... as you’ll catch me in here a lot more often. Now stop reading and drop in and see what all the hype is about!

My wife and l are from Rocky Mount NC. We had been hearing alot of good things about Olde Raleigh Distillery in Zebulon. So we decided to check it out for ourselves and booked a tour for this past Sunday. Wow! What an awesome place! Right off we fell in love with the old building that has been revitalized so nicely! There's also a beautiful bar and beautiful stainless and copper equipment as you walk in. Our Tour guide was Dominique. We give him 5 stars! He was totally awesome! Very knowledgeable and so passionate about what he was telling and showing us! Also very patient with all of my wife's questions! Lol! We had no idea what it takes to make good bourbon and whisky! What an amazing process! From all the different kinds of barrels, the beautiful bottles with the coin on top and the beautiful labels that are all done by hand! At the end of the tour Dominique gave us 3 different samples to try. While they were all excellent we decided on the Old Raleigh Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in a Coffee Cask to take home! Sure is good! Our bartender was Kristy. She was great! Very knowledgeable as well. We got one of her Smoked Olde Fashions! So good! We give Olde Raleigh Distillery 5 Stars! We highly recommend it. Go check it out! If you decide on a tour be sure to ask...

I got married here on February 10, 2024! I had the best experience on the day of and throughout the entire planning process. We did our ceremony and reception in the event space and our cocktail hour on the bar side. Everyone helping on the day of made everything run so smoothly. Kristy, our wedding coordinator, did an amazing job doing exactly what we asked of her. Everything from cocktail hour food setup, playing and fading out music during the ceremony, telling the bridal parties when to enter, bartending during our reception, and so much more! She did a fantastic job while working under pressure and in a time crunch. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and determination and making our wedding day perfect. The owner, Brandon, and his lovely wife, Nicole, also came out to help which made the day run so much smoother since there was a short amount of time to flip the event space. Connor and Johnny helped tremendously as well and Hayley did a great job bartending during our cocktail hour. Everyone helping on the day of was so willing, caring, and so kind. We are endlessly thankful to the entire ORD team that played a hand in making our day amazing! We would absolutely do it all over again and hope to have other events in the future at Olde...
