The Fall Line — Restaurant in Zebulon

All and all cute little bar awesome outside but it was freezing tonight. There was a couple heaters on but not all of them in the back patio area. The bar itself inside, felt a little claustrophobic. We were coming for the karaoke on Tuesday night. But there are a couple of great restaurants right next to or across from the bar to eat at and you can even bring food in the bar and eat at the bar or on the patio outside. Loved the Karaoke DJ/Singer ( awesome vocals!!) She was inside tonight because of the cold weather and it was kind of wet outside usually I hear she does the karaoke outside when it's good weather and it's awesome. I don't live here unfortunately anymore but fortunately have really great friends here to visit. I'm sure they will be back and when I come visit I will definitely come visit again. This is my favorite bar! This is the first bar I went to when I turned 21, and ever since I just love to visit for a quick drink and to relax! The atmosphere of this place is just incredible. During the daytime, it’s open to families who want to sit in the outside space. There’s some activities for kids outside like games and sidewalk chalk. In the evening it’s just an adult crowd. They usually have a food truck outside on the weekends. You can check their website for the food truck schedule. At night sometimes they will have a DJ, karaoke, or a corn hole tournament. There’s always something going on here! The bartenders are always attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable all the times that I’ve been here. I usually order a mai tai and it’s really good. Atmosphere pretty casual and fun vibe. Service was definitely sub par. Sat down and immediately 2 patrons said good luck getting a drink because the two bartenders were paying zero attention to the customers. Finally after 10 minutes, ordered two drinks and they were fine. Tasty actually, but the third was the wrong drink. Bartender acted disgusted when told it was the wrong drink, proceeded to dump it in the trash and use the same glass to make the correct, totally different drink. Shocked that the owner was there at the bar and didn’t seem concerned at all. Literally 6 people around us were complaining. Had the feeling the two bartenders were brand new.
