Lobos Island is an islet just north of Fuerteventura in Spainās Canary Islands. It comprises a largely uninhabited nature preserve that's home to diverse flora and fauna, including rare birds. The main beach, Playa de la Concha, is known for its clear waters. Trails cross a landscape of salt marshes and hornitos (small volcanic mounds) and lead to volcanic MontaƱa La Caldera and the 19th-century MartiƱo lighthouse.
