Baland Mosque, which means the "upper mosque", is a historical mosque in the ancient city of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. Wow! The mosque interior is super beautiful, filled with faded frescoes and a marvelously painted wooden ceiling. Very small and packed full of artistic decoration. There's a caretaker on site who can unlock it for you if needed.
