I had a really great experience staying at Bujtina Apsus in Berat. The location is perfect , just a short walk from the Gorica Bridge, and honestly, the view in the evening is magical . Watching the city lights reflect on the river at night was one of the highlights of the stay.

The room was very clean, everything inside was new, and you could tell a lot of attention had been paid to the details. It felt comfortable and cozy, just what we needed. Having free parking was definitely a bonus, we were able to leave the car there while exploring Old Town, which is really close by.

Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise , the homemade fried dough (petulla) in the morning was absolutely delicious. Simple, but so good.

What really made the stay memorable though was the staff. Enri was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our time there. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.

Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone...

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. The price is amazing compared to some of the other options (we used booking.com). The location is PERFECT. It's on the main street of Berat but it's on the quieter end of it so you can also sleep in peace without the noise. There's a private parking behind the hotel which is super convenient cause parking in Berat is tough. The owners are absolute gems and are so sweet. They don't speak English all too well but that language barrier did not stop them from making us feel warm and welcome. I absolutely loved this place. Clean rooms. Absolutely amazing location. Great price. Lovely hosts. Not to mention that the host also sent us a long list of activities to do and places (including restaurants) to visit during our stay and helped us arrange excursions and tours to the nearby canyon.
