Beer was good for 200 lek.

However the bartender refused to serve only alcohol and said we only do cocktails and beer and wine. Out of good faith as I already sat down did not want to walk out.

I don't like sugar and not a cocktail fan. Found this policy to be not customer friendly. If the client wants to drink only alcohol then they shouldn't refuse.
