Amérian Córdoba — Hotel in Municipio de Córdoba

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a long tour of Argentina. We arrived on a late flight and were checked in by a receptionist who didn’t smile at all or make us feel welcome.||Our room was large, as was the bed. The sheets didn’t stay in place though, they slipped off the matress. The air conditioner was basic, either on or off. We had no more than a trickle of water through the shower. We reported this, but it wasn’t fixed. Bathroom door knob was loose and rattled. We reported this, but it wasn’t fixed. The WiFi only worked if you stood by the door to the corridor. The sliding door on the wardrobe wobbled and grated along the runner. There were gaps in the windows. Finger prints on the glass door of the wardrobe were there for our whole stay. We see the other good reviews and wonder if we were in an old room that wasn’t upgraded.||The selection for breakfast was good, but the pineapple was never ripe. Very bad experience at the hotel Amerian in Cordoba argentine and bad room floor sink stinks 😕 Poor service quality and not refunding your money, unfair policy, and quality are bad The electrical lighting switch in the bad room is unsafe, located above the badthub. This can be dangerous for electrocution? Water and electricity can kill?????? The hotel management needs to know the safety for their costumers. I post a picture how it looks.

I am very deeply disappointed about the hotel.... I'm sorry, I don't like to post this? But the reason is only the way I as costumer being treated. I made the reservation in Dec 2022, and they took the full amount of the money.

When I asked them that I willing to leave the hotel, they told me you would pay for the full amount....

Please, your hotel rooms are not looking clean, bad room towels looking bad and old disgusting.

My experience in one line: condescending staff unwilling to help, mediocre room wifi, no one will ever pick up the phone or reply to your emails.

I arrived at 5 am after a 72-hour trip from Australia, only to find out that my room (booked well in advance) had been assigned to someone else and all other rooms were busy. And the worst part was the condescending and arrogant attitude of the only staff available at that time unwilling to find a solution. I had to walk around to find a hotel that had an empty room at 5 in the morning.

On top of that, wifi inside the room is terrible, good enough to check your emails, but forget about taking a zoom call.

Want to get a hold of someone after you've booked your ticket? Forget about it! I've tried every possible communication method: email, chat, phone call, messages on booking.com, nothing worked! This is extremely disrespectful.
