Amérian Executive Córdoba — Hotel in Municipio de Córdoba

I dont like when a hotel tries to be "smart" and this is the case. Avoid premiere rooms, they are headed towards the main street. We managed to get a smaller (quiet) deluxe room, but the administration refused to give back the fare difference. A good hotel would treat their customers in a different way. I am disappointed by the approach and would not come back. How am I supposed to know that premeire rooms are actually worse than deluxe? P.S. Your answer is unacceptable. First, I didnt agree with that, but i had previously paid the fare by card and you refused to give me back the difference. Que a un cordobés le interese ser turista también en su propia ciudad, habla de la riqueza cultural, gastronómica y artística que tiene Córdoba capital. Y cómo no valorarla y explorarla? Así decidimos un día alojarnos en un hotel renombrado y ubicado en un punto neurálgico de la city. El Amerian tiene historia. Con todas las expectativas reservamos ahí. La comunicación con el personal del hotel fue dificultosa y errática en todo momento. Cada uno de los recepcionistas tenía información distinta para transmitirnos. Todo fue confuso y raro. La habitación fue correcta pero debo decir que para el nivel y categoría de un hotel como Amerian, la calidad dejó bastante que desear. Estamos en el mes de Agosto y más allá de tener aire y calefacción, es esperable encontrar en el placard una manta al menos. Y no tener que pedirla a recepción. Que encima demoraban en atender y cumplir con la solicitud. El KIT del baño estaba incompleto. Nos faltó algún body lotion, básico. Llamamos para solicitar a recepción y no tenían. Nos mandaron a comprar a Farmacity. El frigobar estaba vacío, que lástima no aprovechar ese punto súper comercial para ofrecer productos locales, bebidas, snacks, para que ellos mismos facturen una diferencia. Al momento de hacer la reserva por booking, entre los servicios del hotel estaba el sauna. Nos fuimos preparados para usarlo y nos encontramos con la sorpresa que por el COVID del 2020 no está aún habilitado. Tremendo. Ni para que lo use una sola persona.

Is a really good hotel, rooms are big, with good furniture and with a good style. The bathroom is nice too, and the sevice to clean the room is very good. The temperature control of the room works well and the breakfast is regular, could have improvement of the cakes that are offered. The hotel don't have a gym just the other Amerian Park have and it is very basic. But the hotel have partnership with a gym near by, that is free. American executive don't have parking spaces, if you want, you can park the car in the other side of the street, the price is 270...
