Irresponsible , unprofessional , careless management left us with no accommodation on arrival here after having confirmed it in writing 2 days earlier. No one one would respond to our calls or texts when we advised we were on site to get code for key into the house. An hour 20 later someone called me back at their leisure. We had travelled 800 kilometres with a horse in tow which they knew about and couldnt afford the luxury of waiting around until they decided to attend to the matter. Thanks to the local Police we were able to get into the Caravan Park. This is not a trustworthy accommodation provider. I should have realised how unprofessional they are when they didnt send an invoice upon booking as I requested to my email. Also difficult to get text and call responses to book it.
