Please do not trust this place. I made a booking over the phone while I was in Young and the lady told me I was going to receive a code by text message which I must use to be able to get in. I never received the code and I called the office in the afternoon and no-one answered the phone, I left two voice messages explaining my situation and no body called me back. I couldn't take the risk to drive from Young to Cooma (3 horas) at night because I didn't have the security to be able to get in without the code and I was not ready to sleep uncomfortable in a UTE after 3 hours driving in the night. The day after I called again and a lady told me "I'm sorry for not sending the code", but no problem, we will refund the money to you. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and because I didn't;t see the refund, I called again today and the manager told me she is very sorry but she can't refund the money because in the place there is people 24 hours. I couldn't take the risk to drive 3 hours at night without having any other place where to sleep but this idiot doesn't understand. I hope you choose NEBULA MOTEL COOMA for your trip to Cooma. Read morePositive||Arrived at the accommodation a little early and the receptionist Bonnie was most helpful in getting us 2 rooms that had been cleaned so we could unload straight away.||Negative||When the accommodation was booked online They had a online price which I booked in with. Realising I booked on line for only one night at the discount rate I rang the accommodation straight away and offered to cancel the booking and re book for the 2 nights. The trainee operator at the time offered just to add the extra night to the existing booking and I thought that was OK but when I arrived to pay for the two nights I was advised that the first night was booked at the discount rate but the second night as the trainee operator added it would be charged at the full rate meaning the cost of the 2 rooms amounted to an additional cost of AUS $ 33:36 for the 2 nights.||As this was not my fault and the trainee operator was unaware that the booking online rate would not be included for the 2nd night I asked that my extra costs would be returned as I had offered to cancel and it was not my fault.||Unfortunately the Lady manager I spoke to onsite was very blunt and would not take the responsibility of their trainee staff which I considered wrong and told the manager so but she would not budge and said she would not take this refund situation any further up the chain.||So by doing so I was overcharged AUS $33:36.||This really soured our stay...

The Sofa bed wasnt even prepared. We had to move furniture and make it ready. There was no bed lining for the sofa bed and and because of this we couldnt sleep properly as we felt the springs from the sofa bed. The other worst thing is that the quilt cover wasn`t even washed properly and there were many stains which according to the receptionist/after hour attender rest assure that it was washed.
There was another quilt cover with few blood stains.

The Electric kettle couldn`t be used as there were scum (particles build up) which were floating when we filled the water.
The hair dryer wasn`t working
Overall, We lost our trust and confidence in hygiene. All proof (photos) were taken by the supervisor on site when I showed her how unhygienic it had been, Even she was amazed by the quilt being not washed. On top of this the receptionist/ after hour call attender wasn't helpful at all. She had reasons for everything we said but didn't do anything to fix the issue.
