This is the worst KFC ever! Franchisee and Manager need a big kick up the butt. We have visited this KFC a few times over the years but I dont recall it ever been this bad! We went there yesterday it was Good Friday at midday. It wasnt that busy. One kid on one register open and another young kid filling orders who had absolutely no Idea, no management in site. We waited over 20 minutes for food. Only to finally get our orders and they were wrong. We ordered a zinger box and three original stacker burger boxes we ended up with 3 zinger stackers and an original burger for my zinger! Zinger stacker boxes which werent even on the menu and given two of them were for my 9 year olds we were less than impressed. The wicked wings were not spicy at all they normally have a little heat, chips were cold. It was just terrible. When I approached the kid about the burger mix up he just looked at me like a stunned mullet. We saw several other customers go and complain about mixed up orders and everyone was waiting a rediculous time for their meals. The place was absolutely filthy, bin overflowing and the toilets which are shared between dominos, subway and KFC were filthy, out of paper and broken doors everywhere. And to top it off my kids and partner who ate the stackers got sick later on. Now im not going to blame these kids because there was not a manager in site and they were completely understaffed for a public holiday or any day for that matter. The kid filling orders was either new or completely out of his depth. But something needs to be done about this place it was disgraceful and ill be reporting to head office next week. Clean the place up you are in the food industry for goodness sake....
Read moreI just had dinner there with my family (9 Dec 7:30pm). After ordering our dinner I politely asked the lady at the register if she could fill my water bottle with tap water. She responded disrespectfully with a firm “no you can go to the toilets" I left the counter, but as I was leaving and continued having my dinner, my family overheard her speaking loudly to her colleague, saying things like, “If she wants water, she should spend money. I don’t have time for this,” and other dismissive remarks. I calmly returned and reminded her that I was a paying customer making a polite request and that her behavior was unprofessional and asked to to kindly stop talking about me. She then tried to justify her actions, claiming she wasn’t talking about me specifically but about how this happens often during the ski season—a claim that was clearly untrue. I have my rights to ask for tap water which is good for my health and the environment. I undertand if KFC cannot give me tap water but the way this lady treated me was entirely disrespecful and uncalled for and should be fired. Read moreI experienced the worst customer service ever today (02/03/22) at 1:25pm by a male (man potentially 30’s or 40’s). I cannot believe any business would want him as part of their team. As I walked in to order I walked past a tradie working out the front and the front doors were wide opened. I asked him if I was fine to go in, he said yes, they had just opened the front section. A man walked around the counter and told me EXTREMELY rudely that the front was not open (however I could see drive thru was business) and there were signs all over the front door. I explained the front door was open so I didn’t see any signs, the worker said they had opened and that I was actually unable to go through drive thru because my car alone is too tall and we are towing a caravan anyway. He rudely took my order, and while he was making the chips a co-worker out the back yelled out and asked if the front was opened and he proceeded to yell back so I could here ‘I guess we are now’ he handed me my chips (that is all I was after) and I was on my merry way.
