Sanctuary Lakes Function Centre & Lakeview Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

Last week I went to eat here with a friend the service was so bad the worst ever two young boys were working there and had no idea. We finally got service and there was only one other couple there I asked for a drink menus the waiter forget about it 20 minutes later I had to ask again then we ordered our food 10 minutes later he came back again and said the system had gone down and asked what we ordered again. After waitin 40 minutes there was about 6 tables and already got there food finally it came with no entree just our main meals and I ordered a entree serve of spaghetti seafood but received a main serve. When asked about where the entree it was forgotten about the entire time we were not attended to and asked if we would like anything else or the tables were never cleared this would have to be the worse service ever and no apology at all in a place like this is...

We visited this place for my mother's birthday dinner. We had booked in advance for 6 adults and four children. The restaurant was small but empty. Our waiter looked like he was in training, he didn't really know the menu. The food came relatively quickly and it was ok. Nothing to rave about and quite pricey for what it is. The kid's meals were a good size. We stayed at the restaurant for around 2 hours. Our table was never cleared . Even our deserts were brought into the mess. We had to wait for our deserts for about 20 minutes or longer. What disappointed me the most is that i asked for my mother's cake to be brought in with the candle and the waitress literally almost ran with it and didn't even light the candle until she brought it on to the mess of a table.
