Tuscany On Tor Motor Inn — Hotel in Newtown

My mother and I stayed over night at the Best Western Tuscany in Toowoomba. we are from Hervey Bay QLD. We had one of the motel rooms on the main road side, Once in the room you could not hear the traffic, the rooms are nice and big, clean, and the bathroom is great, comes with soaps, shampoos and shaving creams, all the extra little things that make the difference, we asked to have the TV turned up a little more for my mum as they are on a set volume and they did it strait away so that was good, The pool looked nice and clean didn't use as l didn't have my bathers, There are four food shops across the road so you can get something to eat with no trouble, and just down the road is the shopping center, walking distant s. yes the room had a little cleaning smell but it went away after being in there for a min or two. we would come back any time we go to...

Worst hotel I have ever visited.

I booked the spa room for two nights for myself and my partner. They would not allow my parents in the room because "she is from Toowoomba " It was late so i booked her an uber home and i stayed the night. I checked out the next morning, and they would not refund my remaining night.

Back in Brisbane, I contacted support who then contacted the hotel. The hotel lied saying I checked out because my mum was sick.

The room was below expectations, tiniest shower I've ever seen, paper-thin walls. Spa was nice size.

Will never visit a Best Weston...

My wife and I stayed overnight travelling home to NQ. We were towing a trailer with my Harley on it so I was keen to have it close to our room. The reception lady was excellent letting me disconnect my trailer and use two car parks right outside our room. The carpark is covered also. Our room was excellent And very clean. Our bed was comfy. We did not eat at the hotel as it was a Friday and their restaurant is not open Friday. Overall an excellent overnight stay. Check in and checkout was via a barcode, simple and quick. Will...
