The Coffee Club — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered pickup through the coffee club website for 8:20AM, on a public holiday, the store said open 8AM and I was able to place an order, my card was charged. I chose this location and business because others were not opened, as per their websites and or Google information. I went to collect my order and they were not opened. Tried to contact using the number on the website but it would not connect. Sent them an email. Received a call at 9:30AM telling me my order was ready. Called blamed me from multiple angles and made no attempt to provide a refund, said their manager would call, 4 days later they have not. They obviously did not update their trading hours, they did not update the order pickup times, they did not check the order when they opened the store at 9am, they did not check their emails. I placed a complaint through the website the same day hoping for an refund and 6 days later have not received any correspondence. They took my money for a service they could not provide and have made no attempt to refund. Terrible service, terrible...

What a DISMAL display from Coffee Club! (In the Clifford Gardens Complex) A couple of days ago the Coffee Club couldnt have given better service or product. But for what ever reason, when asked for two seperate 3 shot expresso today, the loverly lady failed to deliver the requested product. And when the error was pointed out, she chose to lie (It has been supplied) she then became belligerent and so unhelpful. We had visited the same establishment several times, requesting the same order, so we were well versed in what to expect. Ordered an egg and bacon burger, egg was not properly cooked, the bun was on the smaller side and just sat on a dull grey plate no garnish, no effort to make it look appealing. Definitely not worth $13:90. We also ordered two cappacino's which were nice as well as a cheesecake. I did order the raspberry cheesecake but ended up with the new York one, let's say never again, it was so cluggy and thick, it would of been uneatable if not for the coffee, there was a slight sweet taste but other then that nothing. It was also brought out on a drab grey plate, again no effort or pride to make the dish appealing. $30 later, I will not be stepping foot in...
