I used to come here as a regular back in 2016-2020 but you're coffee has gone down hill.... I called this morning to let you know that your milk may be out of date but said "nope it's in date" so the older lady with blonde hair just can't make a coffee to save her life? How is my coffee sour? I've had bad coffee but this is different... straight in the bin.

You guys should see if that lovely lady that used to work here back 2013-2022 ish would come back? Long black hair not sure what culture but she was fantastic... I recommend merlo, way better coffee I won't make this...

This company deletes bad reviews about giving customers food poisoning. When someone asks for lactose free milk, perhaps we should listen so we don't give people allergic reactions. Coffee in Toowoomba. Food court. No prejudice... Cup design is refreshing, quite a tall espresso cup with a large handle. Grip is good though the walls are too thin. Aroma is fragrant and the taste compliments the cup design. Not too hot and fairly good crema. First impression hints at a weaker strength coffee roast though with tones of berry and acid.
