Absolutely avoid at all costs. Dishonest operators, poor facilities, terrible customer service. The LEAST family friendly place I have ever stayed. The management refuse to remedy problems or even work things through.

Roaches in the room (see attached photo). Search other reviews for more roach stories from this place.

Globs of phlegm stuck to the bedroom wall - in an era of covid this is just ridiculously poor hygiene and goes hand in hand with the roaches.

Just an all around bad experience.

Do not book this park, dont waste your money. Beware the carefully curated review score.

Edit in regard to the owner response:

We experienced zero wifi availability on day 1 of a 3 night stay and had no success contacting anyone at the office or anywhere on the premises. All phone lines came back "out of service" - even the one from the note on the office door.

We then approached the office the next morning and were told "oh about 25% of the park has absolutely no internet access at all, and your road has none". We were then told we needed to approach Agoda (the agency we booked through), and this was done immediately. Within 30 minutes Agoda had approved the refund of the remaining 2 days pending approval by Alex Beach Cabins. We went back to the office, with Agoda on the line, and were told "no we won't refund anyway" - after being told it all relied on Agoda. The lady in the office then laughed and said "we'll never give that refund".

Having an autistic child, wifi access is sometimes needed to settle them down - and is of a primary importance when we travel. Alex Beach Cabins misleads their customers about the availability of wifi - then lies about the refund process.

We left a day early after extremely poor service

The owners/operators of this establishment are dishonest in their operation of the park, in the refund process, and in their reply here.

Avoid this park. Not family friendly, deceptive and...

I stayed solo in a 2 bedroom cabin as that's all that was available. Check-in was fast, and the two people working there appeared happy and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the temperature was consistent. It was a bit of a squeeze for a bigger person such as myself, and I accidentally gave myself a cold shower, then a hot one, by hitting the tap with my body while washing. The bathroom is smaller than on the last cruiseship I went on, but it does the job. The heater is loud and it made me jump everytime it turned on. I put the extra blanket on the bed and turned it off before going to sleep. The cabins and vans were packed in close and the small children on scooters, bikes, and running around unsupervised did worry me with all the large vehicles in the area. I thought it was going to be a bit noisy but after about 9pm, everything went quiet and I slept better than I had in weeks! The bed was comfortable, even the pillows were good. I went for a swim in the heated pool. I had it to myself as it was a cooler day with a few showers passing through. I can imagine it getting crowded very quickly on a nice day. It is two small pools, joined by a shallow ledge. Both pools are quite deep, but they are not big enough to use for swimming laps. You can easily walk to the beach. There's plenty of places to eat nearby. They have a coffee van onsite for a morning coffee and toastie. There was a greek food van visiting the night I was there too. I had received an email to say this was happening before my stay, which I thought was really good. I'd have no issue with...

If I could give zero I would. Booked what I thought was a 2brm holiday home with ensuite (2brm 2bath as it is marketed as a home not a cabin) but got 2brm 1 bath. Check in was awful as I was desperate to use a toilet and was laughed at and told to walk to the centre of the park. Was charged an extra person charge even though o their own website there is no price difference between 2 adults in this accommodation and three (i was to have 3 for 3 nights out of the seven I had booked). Only one set of keys and the keyring is soldered shut (keyring contains cabin key, tag key to get back into park and key to operate aircon) . You cannot go out and leave someone in the cabin with the aircon on as you cant seperate the keysq and there is absolutely no way they will give you a second set. Rude and disgusting when I wanted a refund so I could go so ewhere else on day 3. Was told I was stupid because I had booked it in the first place how helpful is that and the killer is there are NO REFUNDS FULLSTOP unless it is a medical emergency and even then you have to prove it. You have to pay up front at checkin and too bad after that, if it is no what you booked or you are unhappy their attitude is that you dont have to stay but we are not giving you a refund. Avoid this place at all costs as they are just money hungry grubs and dont care about their customers and they completely lack any dispute...

So close to everything. Cabins are small but great as we are rarely inside anyway. They have food trucks right at the front most nights and a coffee van. There's a pool & a playground. Staff are friendly. Great great place to stay.
