“Welcoming Vibes, Delicious Meals, and Room for the Cruiser!”

Absolutely loved our stay at Coral Cay Resort! Check-in was a breeze with a lovely, bubbly receptionist who made us feel welcome right away.

A special mention to the young guy behind the bar — he was relaxed, cool, and friendly. His down-to-earth attitude created such a welcoming and laid-back vibe, which really set the tone for the evening. The waiter was equally impressive — incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were looked after from start to finish and had a genuine warmth about him.

Our meals came out quickly, and wow — the steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly. The roast potatoes were golden and crispy, and the salad was a true Aussie classic with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and beetroot — honestly one of the best salads I’ve had!

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were also stoked that we could fit our 200 Series LandCruiser with a rooftop tent on it under the awning right outside our room — such a bonus!

Disappointing experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere. |I booked this hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip to Brisbane. Due to bushfires, the Bruce Highway was closed and my arrival delayed. The office phone number went to a message bank, despite the pre-recorded message saying the opening hours were till 9pm and I was calling before this time. My wife ended up finding an after hours number to get the late checking details. Suggest the message be updated. ||Room was poor quality. After the long drive, I wanted to chill with some tv before bed. However, the TV in the room didn’t work, I suspect it may have just been flat batteries in the remote. This is something that ought to be checked and reception was closed due to my late arrival. ||Whilst the room was largely clean, the bathroom was not the same.
